    摘要: Fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines includes a first closing spring which acts continuously on the valve needle by means of a central pressure pin and, in addition, a second closing spring which acts continuously on the valve needle by means of a pressure piece after covering the distance of an initial stroke. The pressure piece is supported at the nozzle body by means of an intermediate bush during the initial stroke. The initial stroke is limited by means of the shoulders at the valve needle and the intermediate bush, whereas the total stroke is limited by means of the shoulders at the intermediate bush and the intermediate disk. Accordingly, the initial stroke can be adjusted very accurately to a desired magnitude merely by means of grinding the valve needle and does not change during the assembly of the injection nozzle.

    摘要: A belt adjusting device comprises a belt webbing having a free end and a tensioned section. The belt adjusting device further comprises a holding part provided with a through passage for a belt webbing and a contact surface adjacent to the through passage. The contact surface is inclined relatively to a plane in which the through passage extends. The belt adjusting device further comprises an arresting part which is movable relatively to the holding part and comprises a deflection web. The deflection web comprises a clamping surface on its side facing the holding part. The belt webbing runs through the through passage, around the deflection web and back through the through passage. The free end of the belt webbing passes through the through passage between an edge of the through passage adjacent the contact surface and the tensioned section of the belt webbing.

    摘要: An injection valve with a valve control module (2) adjacent to a nozzle module with a nozzle plate has a nozzle needle axially movable in a nozzle body. An intermediate element is pressed against the throttle plate by a spring disposed between the intermediate element and the nozzle needle and exerts an axial force on the nozzle needle in the closing direction. At least one outlet throttle is provided in the throttle plate, and at least one inlet throttle connected to a high-pressure region is provided, both of which throttles feed into a valve control chamber. The throttle plate has an enclosed raised area that delimits an inner chamber, constitutes a delimitation for the valve control chamber, and contains the inlet throttle.
