Alerts may be sent to one or more destinations at one or more times, with possible destinations including, e.g., one or more dedicated software clients, portable wireless devices, and/or email accounts, among many other possibilities. The sender may receive confirmation of, and/or may keep persistent records of, among several possibilities, transmission of one or more of the alerts, receipt of one or more of the alerts by devices at their respective destinations, and/or presentation of the alert to the intended recipient. According to an embodiment of the invention, an alert may be used to delivery medical information, which may include an urgent result of a medical test that has been performed on a patient.

The waves are artificial generated by a wave generating machine or device with a slope sufficient to break in a plunging and barreling way. Multiple waves are generated in a set frequency from the wave generator along the wave generator house (berm) side of the 3d artificial hyperbolic reef to produce a wave that peels laterally along the reef to produce a wave suitable for tube riding.Aspects of the invention provide a wave surf pool including at least one 3D hyperbolic artificial reef. The 3D artificial reef can include an inclined slope traversing the reef from the tip of the 3D hyperbolic reef to the open end, or the back side of the 3D hyperbolic reef.

    摘要: A dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) is provided with energy-donor enhancement. A transparent conductive oxide (TCO) film is formed overlying a transparent substrate, and an n-type semiconductor layer is formed overlying the TCO. The n-type semiconductor layer is exposed to a dissolved dye (D1) having optical absorbance local maximums at a first wavelength (A1) and second wavelength (A2), longer than the first wavelength. The n-type semiconductor layer is functionalized with the dye (D1), forming a sensitized n-type semiconductor layer. A redox electrolyte is added that includes a dissolved energy-donor material (ED1) in contact with the sensitized n-type semiconductor layer. The energy-donor material (ED1) is capable of non-radiative energy transfer to the dye (D1), which is capable of charge transfer to the n-type semiconductor. In one aspect, the dye (D1) is a metalloporphyrin, such as zinc porphyrin (ZnP), and the energy-donor material (ED1) includes a perylene-monoimide material or chemically modified perylene-monoimide material.
