    摘要: A heat exchange assembly (1) for a heat exchanger, a heat exchanger comprising the heat exchange assembly (1), and a mold forming the heat exchange assembly (1) are provided. The heat exchange assembly (1) comprises: multiple heat exchange tubes (11) through which a heat exchange medium flows; a connecting plate (12) connected between adjacent heat exchange tubes (11); and a heat exchange plate (121) formed by at least one part of the connecting plate (12). The mold comprises: a first mold, the first mold forming holes (110) in the multiple heat exchange tubes (11); and a second mold (2), the second mold having a mold cavity (20) forming a main body of the heat exchange assembly (1), the mold cavity (20) having an opening (21), the heat exchange assembly (1) being extruded from the opening (21) of the mold cavity (20) of the second mold (2), and the opening (21) being strip-shaped and extending along a curved line.

    摘要: The prevent invention provides a plate heat exchanger. The plate heat exchanger comprises heat exchange plates each forms one or more first fluid channels and one or more second fluid channels. The one or more first fluid channels each has a fluid channel upstream portion and a fluid channel downstream portion separated from the fluid channel upstream portion, wherein the fluid channel upstream portion is fluidly communicated via a fluid communication device with the fluid channel downstream portion. The plate heat exchanger according to the present invention achieves uniform distribution of the refrigerant while being independent of the distributors, and, provides different heat exchange regions in the channels on the basis of heat-transfer mechanism correlated to refrigerant evaporation, to reinforce the heat transfer. The plate heat exchanger, without the distributors, according to the present invention not only reduces difficulties on productions and processes, but also, widens practical application scopes and conditions. In addition, as there is no distributor in the plate heat exchanger, compared with other similar products, the refrigerant stream has a lower total pressure drop, which brings more spaces for type selection of the expansion valve.

The heat exchanger (100) comprises: a group of first heat exchange tubes (T1) for forming a first loop (C1); a group of second heat exchange tubes (T2) for forming a second loop (C2); and a group of fins (3), at least a plurality of fins (3) in the group of fins (3) being in contact with both at least a plurality of first heat exchange tubes (1) in the group of first heat exchange tubes (T1), and at least a plurality of second heat exchange tubes (T2) in the group of second heat exchange tubes (T2). If one loop of an air-conditioning system having two loops is closed, heat exchange regions of the fins for the loop can be used in the other loop, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchanger.
