摘要： An exhaust-gas cooler includes a housing having a bypass duct and a cooling zone having arranged therein an exhaust-gas cooling duct which includes an entry cooling duct, at least one reversing duct connected to the entry cooling duct, and an exit cooling duct connected to the reversing duct. The reversing duct is constructed to conduct the exhaust-gas flow in opposite direction to a direction of flow in the entry cooling duct and the exit cooling duct. A control element is received in the housing for selectively directing an exhaust-gas flow through the bypass duct or through the cooling zone, with the bypass duct being segregated from a deflection zone of the reversing duct.

摘要： A heat exchanger for an internal combustion engine includes a base tube having opposite ends, and tube plates respectively provided at the ends of the base tube. A ring embraces the base tube. The ring is made of sheet metal and has legs extending toward one another in a V-shaped manner. An end cap is provided in the region of each tube plate and has a circumferential outwardly directed rim which is embraced by a tension element and connected to the ring.

摘要： A connection assembly for attaching a pipeline to a distributor of a fuel or hydraulic system includes a threaded bushing placed adjacent to the distributor and having an internal bore in alignment with a connecting bore of the distributor, wherein the threaded bushing has a sealing seat. Disposed at one end of the pipeline is a sealing head which has a sealing surface and a pressure surface. The sealing surface and the pressure surface are each configured in the shape of a spherical segment defined by a radius of curvature having a center, wherein the center of the radius of curvature of the sealing surface is distanced from the center of the radius of curvature of the pressure surface. A union nut intended for connecting the pipeline to the threaded bushing forces the sealing surface of the sealing head in a pressure-tight manner against the sealing seat of the threaded bushing by at least indirectly acting upon the pressure surface.
