Abstract: The present invention provides systems and methods for facilitating the integration of former inmates into society upon release from inmate facilities. A representative embodiment of the present invention allows participating inmates to utilize one or more pre-defined services during their period of incarceration. Utilization of these pre-defined services increases the participant's likelihood of rehabilitation, thus reducing recidivism. Examples of pre-defined services include identification, education, employment, financial, housing, and social connection services. A release package based upon information collected during use of these services also provides a personal dossier that facilitates criminal investigations, parole evaluations, probation determinations, and the like.

Abstract: Priority binding enables a one-to-many mapping of a target to a source without requiring complex code development by the specification of one or more binding statements. During runtime, these bindings are evaluated. The highest priority binding that evaluates successfully is executed, controlling the two-way transfer of information between source and target. During execution, all possible data binding pathways are monitored. If a binding that has a higher priority than the existing binding evaluates successfully, the existing binding is terminated and the new binding is executed.

Abstract: Relates to a protective guard or shield for covering the wear area of the moldboard of a plow. The shin member of the plow assembly is provided with an integrally connected rearward extension which overlies the most serious wear area of the moldboard. The shin extension is not bolted or otherwise fastened to the moldboard but relies on a shoulder formed on the back side of the shin for engagement with the leading edge of the moldboard and the provision of a plurality of spaced apart projections on the face of the extension confronting the moldboard for bearing support thereon. The shin and its extension may be used to cover the worn area of a used moldboard or to protect such area of a new moldboard. In the latter case the projections may be ground down to provide surface contact between the shin extension and the moldboard. The shin and its extension are preferably formed of a stainless steel alloy and cast in one piece.

Abstract: A building component having first and second high density foam panels and improved bridging members for connecting the panels that extend between and may be molded into the panels. The bridging members include a pair of elongated end plates oriented in a top to bottom direction of the panels, a pair of substantially identical web members joining the end plates and being substantially symmetrically disposed above and below a central horizontal axis of the bridging member, and a pair of strip members oriented in the top to bottom direction of the panels intersecting the web members. The web members have a unique configuration that maximizes load bearing capacity with a minimum amount of material. The strip members may abut against and be substantially flush with respective inner surfaces of the foam panels to assist in positioning and forming the panels during molding. Seating areas for positioning horizontally and/or vertically disposed rebar in predetermined positions are also provided.
