Abstract: A silicon-based particle with a core-shell structure, a method for preparing the same, an anode material, an electrode and a battery. The silicon-based particle includes: a core comprising an oxygen-containing silicon-based compound matrix and nano-silicon grains, a molar ratio of oxygen to silicon in the core being 0.5-1.5; a silicon carbide layer covering the core; and a carbon layer covering the silicon carbide layer. The silicon-based particle is used in batteries, and has the characteristics of low expansion rate, long cycle life, high capacity and high coulombic efficiency.

Abstract: An anode active material for a battery and a preparation method thereof, a battery anode, and a secondary battery. The anode active material for a battery includes anode active substance particles, where the anode active substance particles include silicon oxide compounds and lithium; in the X-ray diffraction using Cu-Kα radiation, the anode active substance particles have a first diffraction peak in a range of 2θ=18.78°±0.2° and a second diffraction peak in a range of 2θ=47.4°±0.3°; and a full width at half maximum of the first diffraction peak is set as A, A is greater than 0.34°, a full width at half maximum of the second diffraction peak is set as B, and B/A≥1.3. The anode active material for a battery has superior electrochemical properties, including high energy density and excellent kinetic performance when employed in batteries.

Abstract: An anode active material for batteries including anode active substance particles that include a silicon oxide compound. The anode active substance particles includes lithium and a non-lithium doping metal, where the non-lithium doping metal includes a metal M1 including one or more of titanium, magnesium, zirconium, zinc, aluminum, yttrium and calcium, and the content of the non-lithium doping metal in the anode active material is 0.01-20 wt %, for example 0.05-15 wt %, in another example 0.1-10 wt %, and in still another example 0.1-5 wt %. The anode active material has high water tolerance, and a secondary battery prepared from the anode active material has the advantages of high capacity, high coulombic efficiency and long cycle life.
