Abstract:
The present invention provides an image-recording/pixel-forming coloring composition containing a phthalocyanine type colorant having at least one group selected from alkyl and alkyloxy groups (alkylphthalocyanine type colorant). According to the present invention, there can also be provided a coloring composition containing a phthalocyanine type colorant capable of exhibiting excellent properties when used as an image-recording coloring composition or pixel-forming coloring composition, production processes of the phthalocyanine type colorants, a coloring method, and the like.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a device configured to present the feel of a plane or an object surface to a user using equipment configured to generate physical vibration such as a vibration motor or the like. A plurality of vibration motors including an eccentric rotor are put on a human body, and torque generated at the vibration motor along with an angular velocity fluctuation is provided to a skin surface in the horizontal direction with a different timing. Alternately generating torque by the plurality of vibration motors enables the user to perceive a plane or an object surface.
Abstract:
Silica-based low dielectric constant materials having three-dimensional network structures containing siloxane backbones which comprise SiO4 tetrahedron structural units, as well as their production and use. The materials can be applied as interlayer dielectrics for semiconductor elements and the like.

Abstract:
A frame 18 with a first lens group 15 and a second lens group 17 of a projection lens system fixedly mounted thereto is supported by a support arm 43 so as to direct a mirror mounting aperture 27 of the frame 18 downward. The reflection mirror 16 for folding an optical axis of the projection lens system is held and placed within the mirror mounting aperture 27 of the frame 18 by a mirror support 46 so as thereby to provisionally complete the projection lens system. Then, while an image of a test pattern generated by a test pattern projection head 44 is projected onto a remote screen 47 by the provisionally complete the projection lens system, the reflection mirror 16 is adjusted in position by 45 by a mirror position adjusting unit 45. When the test pattern image on the screen is correctly projected, a bonding adhesive is filled in a circumferential clearance left between the reflection mirror 16 and the mirror mounting aperture 27 and cured by use of an ultraviolet lamp 49 to bond and fix the reflection mirror 16 to the frame 18.
Abstract:
When a plurality of objects having RFID tags attached are to be read, an image sensing unit performs image sensing, and at the same time an RFID reader reads an RFID tag within the image sensing range. A characteristic quantity (external appearance model) of an object obtained from a database on the basis of ID data of the RFID tag is compared with a characteristic quantity obtained by image processing of the sensed image, thereby acquiring information unique to the object. The object is discriminably specified by superimposing the acquired unique information on the object in the sensed image.
Abstract:
A water-based pigment ink contains a pigment, a hydrophilic dispersant, an aqueous medium, an alkali agent for solubilizing the hydrophilic dispersant in the aqueous medium, and a hydrophilic compound having at least one structural unit of “hydrophobic molecular chain-hydrophilic molecular chain-hydrophobic molecular chain” in a structure thereof. The water-based pigment ink is suited especially as an ink for ink-jet printers.
Abstract:
A force sense presentation device for presenting a sense of force in virtual space to a user, comprises: a fixed unit which is gripped by the user; a force sense presentation unit which presents a sense of force; an actuator which supplies a driving force and operates the force sense presentation unit relative to the fixed unit; a joint unit which is provided between the fixed unit and the force sense presentation unit, and guides the relative operation of the force sense presentation unit; and a force sense rendering unit which controls the relative operation of the force sense presentation unit by the actuator, wherein the force sense presentation device simulates a device which is gripped and used by the user, and the force sense rendering unit controls the relative operation of the force sense presentation unit based on a position and orientation of the device in the virtual space.
Abstract:
Image-recording, hydrophilic colorants represented by the below-described formula (1) are disclosed. These colorants can be provided as colorants capable of forming images excellent in print quality such as chroma, gloss, density, light fastness and abrasion fastness, and also as hydrophilic colorants capable of affording inks excellent in physical properties such as long-term storability and press stability. [organic pigment]−[linking group]−[hydrophilic compound] (1)wherein the [organic pigment] is a hydrophobic pigment having no hydrophilic group by itself, the [linking group] is a group linking the [organic pigment] and the [hydrophilic compound] with each other and blocking an effect of the [hydrophilic compound] on the [organic pigment], and the [hydrophilic compound] is an anionic, cationic and/or nonionic, hydrophilic compound.
