摘要： A brake application speed is compared with a speed threshold value so as to judge whether or not a braking operation being performed is an emergency braking operation. If not the emergency braking operation, an automatic parking mode is held. When the emergency braking operation is in effect, control information related to a state of an automatic parking control then is stored in a control information storage section, and the automatic parking control is cancelled. Thereafter, when a steering operation or a gearshift operation is performed before a cancellation of application of the brake is detected, the process is ended, and the control mode is held in an assist mode. When the application of the brake is cancelled with neither the steering operation nor the gearshift operation performed, the control information is read in so as to resume the automatic parking control.

摘要： A reproducing apparatus includes a storage unit having a plurality of content data stored therein, a reproducing unit reading out the content data stored in the storage unit and reproducing the read content data, and a driving unit driving a predetermined driven unit according to the content of the content data reproduced in the reproducing step. The reproducing unit has two reproduction modes, that is, a normal reproduction mode in which the content data stored in the storage unit are reproduced in a predetermined order and a recommend mode in which some of the content data stored in the storage unit are selected as recommended music files and the selected content data are reproduced. When the reproducing unit operates in the recommend mode, the driving unit drives the driven unit more quickly than in the normal reproduction mode.

The data format of the BCA comprises a plurality of sub-data units and coupling codes, each coupling two adjacent sub-data units. The sub-data units contain the same data. To reproduce the data, the sub-data units are checked for errors. The data recorded in any sub-data unit that has no errors is reproduced and output to a next stage circuit connected to the optical disk drive.

摘要： An RNA capable of suppressing the expression of KLF5 gene, which comprises a sequence consisting of 15 to 30 contiguous nucleotides of KLF5 mRNA and a sequence complementary to the sequence, and which has been designed from the nucleotide sequence of Kruppel-like factor 5 (KLF5) cDNA. Specifically, a double-stranded RNA having a strand of a sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NOS: 2 to 16 and a strand of a sequence complementary to the sequence, in which 2 uridylic acids are added to the 3′-terminus of each of the strands. By transfecting the RNA or a vector for expression of the RNA into cells, the expression of KLF5 gene in the cells can be suppressed. The RNA or a vector for expression of the RNA can be used as a therapeutic agent for cardiovascular disease or cancer.
