摘要: Example implementations relate to multicast multi-user grouping. For example, an apparatus may comprise a processing resource that may rank a plurality of stations associated with the apparatus based on a characteristic associated with a first multicast group containing a first set of stations among the plurality of stations, and a characteristic associated with a second multicast group containing a second set of stations among the plurality of stations. The processing resource may assign a first group of stations from the first multicast group and the second multicast group to a first multi-user group and assign a second group of stations from the first multicast group and the second multicast group to a second multi-user group. The processing resource may convert a multicast frame associated with a station from the first multi-user group to a unicast frame, and transmit the unicast frame to each station in the first multi-user group.

Specifically, a network device obtains a plurality of performance measurements and a corresponding plurality of physical locations for a client device over a period of time. Then the network device generates a plurality of visual representations for the client device over the period of time, each visual representation representing a respective performance measurement and a respective physical location at a respective time during the period of lime. Moreover, the network device can display, store, and/or transmit a map of a physical environment with the plurality of visual representations.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method and network device for dynamic detection of inactive virtual private network clients. Specifically, a network device receives periodic messages from a first device at a first interval, and determines a timeout value for the first device based at least on the first interval, at which the periodic messages are received from the first device. Subsequent to determining the timeout value, the network device detects that a message has not been received from the first device for a period of time corresponding to the timeout value for the first device. The network device then terminates at least one connection with the first device responsive to determining that no message has been received from the first device for the period of time corresponding to the timeout value for the first device.

摘要: In some examples, a method may include detecting, by a master access point of a cluster of access points, a new access point programmed with a second code version, where the master access point is programmed with a first code version that is older than the second code version. The method may also include determining whether the master access point can be reprogrammed with the second code version, and based on a determination that the master access point can be reprogrammed with the second code version, reprogramming the master access point with the second code version, and rebooting the master access point after sending to the new access point a command to change configuration of the new access point.
