A calcium channel blocking composition comprises a synergistic combination of d-cis-diltiazem and a dihydropyridine derivative.

    摘要： A circuit for controlling the proportions of a plurality of solvents being introduced into a column of a liquid chromatograph. The circuit compensates for the compressibility of liquids by dividing the time during each pumping cycle during which the pump is delivering liquid to the column into a known number of intervals. A circuit responsive to the interval signals opens and closes solvent valves thereby allowing the solvents to be introduced into the pump in the desired proportions.

    摘要： In a solvent gradient liquid chromatography system, base line shift is compensated by operating the system in a calibrate cycle with a desired solvent gradient program while subtracting and recording in digital form correction factors sufficient to maintain a flat base line at timed intervals during the program, and then successively recalling said digital correction factors at corresponding time intervals during a run cycle with a test sample and converting the correction factors to analog form and subtracting the converted correction factors from the system output signal for base line correction.

    摘要： A kit, an apparatus, and method are provided for developing a latent print. The apparatus comprises a pellet comprising a substrate impregnated with a sublimation compound, a receptacle, an adapter, and an end cap. The receptacle is open at a first end and detachably connected to a heat source at a second end. The receptacle is designed to receive and accommodate the pellet through the first end of the receptacle. The adapter defines an annular space for transmission of heat from the heat source to the pellet. The first end of the adapter is connected to the second end of the receptacle and the second end of the adapter is in communication with the heat source. The end-cap comprising a mesh window in an annular space of the end-cap allows passage of the fumes released from the pellet through the open end of the end cap towards the latent print for development.
