    摘要: A power plug assembly has: a protective casing having a cavity defined in the protective casing; a positive electrode prong terminal mounted in the cavity of the protective casing and extending out of the protective casing; a protecting assembly mounted in the cavity and having a bimetal contacting plate mounted in the protective casing and having a fixing end mounted securely in the cavity; and a free end being opposite to the fixing end and contacting the positive electrode prong terminal, wherein the bimetal contacting plate deforms and bends to make the free end separated from the positive electrode prong terminal when suffering sufficient heat; a negative electrode prong terminal mounted outside the protective casing; and a ground prong terminal mounted outside the protective casing. The negative electrode prong terminal and the ground prong terminal outside the protective casing would not negatively affect the bimetal contacting plate.

    摘要: A safety switch has a housing, a conducting assembly, a switching assembly and a resilient member. The housing has an on-end and an off-end. The conducting assembly is mounted in the housing and has two conductors and a bimetal strip. The conductors respectively correspond to the on and off-ends and are attached respectively to two separated ends of a circuit. The bimetal strip selectively connects the conductors. The switching assembly has a rocker and a connecting arm. The rocker is mounted pivotally on a top of the housing. The connecting arm connects the rocker and a contacting end of the bimetal strip. The resilient member is mounted between the on-end of the housing and the rocker to stably position the rocker when the circuit is on or off.

    摘要: A safety switch has a casing, a first circuit prong, a second circuit prong, a switch contact, a rocker, an arm and a latch. The first and second circuit prongs are mounted in and extend through the casing. The switch contact bends upward when temperature of the switch contact increases, is mounted on the first circuit prong and has a distal end selectively contacting the second circuit prong. The rocker is pivotally mounted on the casing and has a deactivating end and an activating end. The arm is formed on and protrudes down from the activating end and connects to the distal end of the switch contact. The latch is mounted in the cavity and selectively locks the arm to prevent the distal end of the switch contact from contacting the second circuit prong as the temperature drops. The safety switch may be used in severely cold environments.

    摘要: A circuit breaker has a first and a second conducting strip respectively mounted in a lower end of a shell; a first terminal mounted on an upper end of the second conducting strip; a bimetal strip longitudinally mounted on an upper end of the first conducting strip; a second terminal detachably in contact with the first terminal; a button mounted on an upper end of the shell; and an arm pivotally mounted in an interior of the shell. An upper end of the bimetal strip is securely connected to a lower end of the arm. When the current is excessively high, the distortion of the bimetal strip in turn drives the arm and the button. The switch angle of the button is much bigger via the leg so that the switch angle of the button is obvious.

    摘要: Disclosed is a ghost cancellation system based on an enhanced ghost cancellation reference signal for noisy environments. The received analog television signal is first subjected to a digitization step for processing in the digital domain. A wavelet de-noising operation is applied on the reference signal to remove undesired noises before a communication channel is estimated, and filter coefficients are optimally determined. The digitized composite signals are then ghost-reduced by IIR and FIR filters. The power consumption and training time of the realized chip are decreased, which is ideal for mobile and platform applications.

    摘要: A circuit overload protective device includes a body having a button pivotally disposed thereto and a bimetallic strip disposed thereto which has a first contact point disengagably contacting a second contact point on the body. A first member and a second member are respectively connected to an underside of the button, wherein the first member has a leg extending therefrom so as to be shifted into a curved recess defined in a first inner side of the body when the bimetallic strip is deformed, and the second member has a distal end thereof connected to the first contact point. A third member is disposed to a second inner side of the body and a spring is biasedly connected between the first member and the third member.
