    摘要： A headlamp assembly for a vehicle, comprising: a housing for coupling the headlamp assembly to a vehicle, the housing including an inner surface defined by a reflector; a planar heat sink structure having a first surface, a second surface, a housing abutting edge and a substantially straight edge, the housing abutting edge being adapted to abut an inner surface of the housing, wherein the heat sink structure is adapted to separate the housing into first and second sections; a circuit board supported by the second surface of the heat sink structure, the circuit board being positioned near the substantially straight edge of the heat sink structure; a first light emitting diode being supported by the first surface of the heat sink structure and being electrically connected to the circuit board, the first light emitting diode lying in substantially the same plane as the first surface of the heat sink, and a second light emitting diode being supported by the second surface of the heat sink structure and being electrically connected to the circuit board, the second light emitting diode being positioned between the housing abutting edge of the heat sink structure and the circuit board, wherein the circuit board and the second light emitting diode each lie in substantially the same plane as the second surface of the heat sink structure and do not overlap.

    摘要： An apparatus and method for a lifting assembly to lift an object using a lifting device are provided. The lifting assembly comprises of an upper lifting bracket and a lower lifting bracket which are used to lift the object. The lifting brackets are adjustable such that they can be adapted to lift a number of different objects having different assemblies with different bolt patterns. The adjustability feature is provided by incorporating at least one cam into the lifting brackets.

    摘要： A vehicle mini lamp assembly for attaching a mini lamp to a mounting surface includes a housing having a body with an interior portion and a lens portion covering a top end of the interior portion. The lamp assembly also includes circuitry disposed within the interior portion of the housing and at least one light source being electrically connected to the circuitry. A mounting device is also provided. The mounting device includes first and second sides and an aperture therein adapted to receive the body of the housing, a bottom adapted to abut the mounting surface, a top surface adapted to be substantially flush with the lens portion when the housing is positioned within the aperture. The mounting device further includes at least one rail for protecting the lens portion from damage.

    摘要： An actuator assembly comprised of: a first coil and a second coil, each with a bore and a producing a magnetic flux when subject to an electric signal; a tube extending through the bores such that coils are coaxial; a magnetic pole piece within the tube and generally between the first bore and the second bore; a magnetic ring set outside of the tube and between the coils, in which the magnetic flux paths both travel through the magnetic pole piece and the magnetic ring to complete their respective magnetic paths; and a first and second axially translatable movable member within the tube and wherein the movable members each axially translate towards the magnetic pole piece in the presence of the magnetic flux such that by controlling the electric signal, proportionality can be achieved.
