    摘要: A system and method for passing an end portion of a needle system from a body cavity to an outer environment through a laparoscopic port is provided. The system comprises a seal bridge which comprises an elongated body. The seal bridge is telescopically introducible at a first proximal end, through a first lumen in the port and bypassing a seal mechanism of the laparoscopic port. The seal bridge is adapted to be inserted through the proximal opening port to be deployed in the lumen of the port and thereby bridging across and/or deactivating the seal of the port. The method comprises positioning a distal portion of a needle shaft from within the body cavity into the port lumen and across the seal opened by the seal bridge.

    摘要: A chain sensor comprising at least one coil and a device for measuring the chain elongation comprising two chain sensors and a control unit, are provided. In addition, a method of measuring the chain elongation of a chain with two chain sensors arranged along the chain in spaced relationship with one another is provided. The chain sensor comprises at least one first reluctance sensor. The first reluctance sensor has a magnetically conductive yoke body comprising a central leg and two yoke legs extending laterally thereto. The yoke legs are each provided with at least two teeth, the teeth of the yoke legs being adapted to be arranged in closely spaced relationship with a chain. The first reluctance sensor includes at least one permanent magnet.

Use is made of a wick structure configured to receive a liquid and generate vapor in when such wick structure is heated by heat transferred from heat sources to be cooled off. A vapor channel is provided configured to receive the vapor generated and direct said vapor away from the wick structure. In some embodiments, heat conductors are used to transfer the heat from the heat sources to the liquid in the wick structure.

    摘要: In the field of a slide rail for tensioning and guiding an endless drive member, comprising at least one bore and a screw captively held in the bore, permitting the captive mounting of screws even in thin-walled slide rails is provided. A sleeve is mounted in the bore and the sleeve comprises engagement elements at its end facing the rail, said engagement elements being engaged with the wall of the bore, and a stop collar lying against a stop surface formed at the slide rail, and lock elements are embodied in the sleeve which engage the thread of the screw and lock the screw at least in an assembly position, wherein said slide rail is thin-walled. Furthermore, an assembly method is provided for manufacturing the slide rail with a captively held screw and to the loss prevention device per se.
