    摘要: A polishing device for optical elements includes: a tool shank (1), and a polishing disc base; wherein the tool shank (1) is connected to the polishing disc base and is mounted on a tool shaft of a numerical-controlled processing device; wherein a polishing film (3) is stuck on the polishing disc base; the polishing disc base is a profiling polishing disc base (7), a cylinder polishing disc base (2), a profiling polishing disc base (12) or a spherical polishing disc base (8); wherein the tool shank (1) is independent and universal, thereby reducing the processing cost of the polishing device. A polishing method for optical elements is based on the shapes mentioned above of the polishing disc base, including steps of: fixing a polishing disc connecting rod (11); sticking a polishing film (3); trimming the polishing film (3); and polishing an unprocessed work piece (6).

    摘要: A gas-fired steam boiler, including multiple heat exchange tubes, an upper steam header, a lower steam header, a casing, a burner, a condenser, a chimney, and a controller. The heat exchange tubes are vertically arranged to form an annular tube row. A space enclosed by the annular tube row is configured as a furnace. Adjacent two heat exchange tubes are combined to form a gap channel evenly distributed along a circumferential direction. A width of the gap channel is 0.1-4 mm, and a circumferential length of the gap channel is 50-300 mm. A length of the gap channel along an axial direction of the heat exchange tube is the same as a length of the heat exchange tube.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a wireless sensor, a manufacturing method thereof and a wound flatness detection system. The wireless sensor includes a sensing element, two elastomer-made encapsulation layers and a breathable fiber-made encapsulation layer; wherein the sensing element is manufactured by the following steps: step 1: preparing a thin film using a carbon-based polymer solution; step 2: using a low-energy laser to induce molecular reconstruction of carbon-based groups on surfaces of the thin film to form a resistance-sensitive layer; step 3: using a high-energy laser to modify, carbonize and cut the resistance-sensitive layer to form a patterned sensing element. The present disclosure solves the problems that existing pressure or tension sensors are extremely susceptible to static interference from the external environment and the human body, and the mechanical mismatch between the sensing layer and the substrate, as well as the impermeability problem.

    摘要: The disclosure discloses a generator circuit breaker control method based on short-circuit fault current symmetry. The method includes: collecting, by a control device, current on an outlet side of a generator in real time; calculating a transferring current feeding moment based on a current symmetry method when fault current rises to a peak value after a short-circuit fault occurs; correcting the transferring current feeding moment by a correction coefficient; and then calculating a breaker switching moment, thereby realizing precise control on a generator circuit breaker. The method mainly addresses the situation that the existing control method cannot effectively cope with the complexity of the short-circuit fault current on the outlet side of the generator, and fills the blank of the effective method for short-circuit control of the generator circuit breaker.

    摘要: Disclosed is a lightweight two-crossbeam high-speed free forging hydraulic press. The hydraulic press includes a fixed crossbeam, a movable crossbeam, a column, and a return oil cylinder. By integrating a hydraulic cylinder with a through hole for the column to slide, an annular hydraulic cylinder is formed between the movable crossbeam and the column, and no hole is required to be specially provided on the movable crossbeam for mounting the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, the rigidity, strength and bending resistance of the movable crossbeam serving as an upper crossbeam or a lower crossbeam can be effectively guaranteed, the crossbeam structure is simplified, and the manufacturing difficulty is reduced. Meanwhile, compared with the existing hydraulic press of a three-crossbeam structure, the two-crossbeam hydraulic press can greatly reduce the overall dimension and mass of the high-speed forging hydraulic press, reduce the overall height of the hydraulic press.
