摘要: A breathable and waterproof cloth includes a base material, an electrospinning film, and a meltblown adhesive film. The electrospinning film is disposed on the base material and includes a plurality of nanofibers, and an average fiber fineness of the nanofibers ranges from 100 nm to 800 nm. The meltblown adhesive film is disposed between the base material and the electrospinning film. The meltblown adhesive film includes a plurality of meltblown fibers, and an average fiber fineness of the meltblown fibers ranges from 800 nm to 20 μm.

摘要: A method of preparing a thermoplastic composition is provided. The method includes the following steps. A polyetherimide or a polyphenylene sulfide is provided. A polyimide is provided, wherein the glass transition temperature of the polyimide is between 128° C. and 169° C., the 10% thermogravimetric loss temperature of the polyimide is between 490° C. and 534° C., and when the polyimide is dissolved in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and the solid content of the polyimide is 30 wt %, the viscosity of the polyimide is between 100 cP and 250 cP. A melt process is performed to mix the polyetherimide and the polyimide or mix the polyphenylene sulfide and the polyimide to form a thermoplastic composition. Further, a thermoplastic composition is also provided.

摘要: A preparation method of separation membrane is provided. First, a polyimide composition including a dissolvable polyimide, a crosslinking agent and a solvent is provided. The dissolvable polyimide is represented by formula 1: wherein B is a tetravalent organic group derived from a tetracarboxylic dianhydride containing aromatic group, A is a divalent organic group derived from a diamine containing aromatic group, A′ is a divalent organic group derived from a diamine containing aromatic group and carboxylic acid group, and 0.1≤X≤0.9. The crosslinking agent is an aziridine crosslinking agent, an isocyanate crosslinking agent, an epoxy crosslinking agent, a diamine crosslinking agent, or a triamine crosslinking agent. A crosslinking process is performed on the polyimide composition. The polyimide composition which has been subjected to the crosslinking process is coated on a substrate to form a polyimide membrane. A wet phase inversion process is performed on the polyimide membrane.

摘要: A stereoscopic conductive fabric includes a basement yarn layer, a conductive yarn, and a support yarn. The basement yarn layer includes plural warp yarns arranged coursewise and parallel to each other and plural course yarns arranged warpwise and parallel to each other. The course yarns are interwoven with the warp yarns to form the basement yarn layer. The conductive yarn is arranged coursewise and interwoven with the course yarns in a skip manner to form plural conductive structures protruding from a surface of the basement yarn layer. The support yarn is arranged coursewise and interwoven with the course yarns in a skip manner to form plural pressing structures protruding from another surface of the basement yarn layer. A module for detecting electrical signals from body skin applying the stereoscopic conductive fabric is also disclosed.

The graphene dispersion is formed by a graphene powder and a processing solvent, wherein the graphene in the graphene dispersion has an average diameter of 0.5 μm to 1 μm, 3 to 5 layers, a solid content of 5% to 50%, and a residue oxygen content less than 1 wt %, and after being left to stand for 12 hours, the graphene dispersion has a distribution concentration increasing from the top section to the bottom section of the storage container, a viscosity of 5000 cps to 8000 cps, and a graphene concentration of 20 wt %.
