In formula 1, L1 and L2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a single bond, C6-C30 aryl, and C4-C30 heteroaryl; a and b are each independently selected from 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4; D1 and D2 are each independently a nitrogen-containing electron donor unit selected from the group consisting of carbazolyl and derivative groups thereof, acridinyl and derivative groups thereof, diarylamino and derivative groups thereof, and triarylamino and derivative groups thereof; and c and d are each independently selected from 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4, and c+d≥1.

In an embodiment, Ar is C6-C20 aryl or C5-C20 heteroaryl; D1 and D2 are electron-donating groups, A1 and A2 are electron-accepting groups, and m, n, p and q are 1, 2, or 3; D1 and D2 are a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 cycloalkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkoxy, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 heterocyclic group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C40 aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted C4-C40 heteroaryl, a substituted or unsubstituted C10-C60 fused aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted C10-C60 fused heteroaryl, a substituted or unsubstituted C12-C40 carbazolyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C12-C40 diphenylamino group, or a C13-C40 acridinyl; and A1 and A2 are each a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group, a cyano-containing group, a carbonyl-containing group, a sulfone-based group, and a phosphoroso-containing group.

摘要: A compound, a material for an organic electroluminescent device and an application thereof are disclosed herein. The compound has a structure represented by Formula (1). The compound has a relatively high refractive index and can effectively improve the light extraction efficiency. The external quantum efficiency of the compound makes it suitable for use as a capping layer when used in an organic electroluminescent device. The compound has a relatively high refractive index in the region of visible light (400-750 nm), which is advantageous for improving the light-emitting efficiency. The compound has a relatively large extinction coefficient in the ultraviolet region (less than 400 nm), which is advantageous for absorbing harmful light and protecting eyesight. Meanwhile, a deuterium atom may be introduced into the compound to significantly improve the device lifetime.

摘要: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display region including a first region and a second region and a frame region. The display panel also includes a frame adhesive located in the second region, and a padding metal located in the second region. Along a direction perpendicular to a plane where the display panel is located, the padding metal at least partially overlaps the frame adhesive. In addition, the display panel includes a cathode signal line located in the first region. Moreover, the display panel includes a cathode layer located in the display region and connected to the cathode signal line. Further, the display panel includes at least one connecting part connected to the padding metal. The connecting part is located on a side of the padding metal adjacent to the first region, and is connected to the cathode signal line.

摘要: Provided are a shift register, a driving method thereof, a driving control circuit and a display device. A first reference signal of a first reference signal end may be provided to a first node through an input sub-circuit. A first node signal of the first node and a second node signal of a second node may be controlled through a driving control sub-circuit. The first reference signal of the first reference signal end may be provided to a signal output end and a second reference signal of a second reference signal end may be provided to the signal output end through an output sub-circuit. Through the arrangement of a first capacitor electrically connected between a second clock signal end and the first node, a level of the first node may be kept stable through the first capacitor. A second node signal of the second node and a third node signal of a third node may be controlled through a protection sub-circuit.

The second output terminals of the second switch elements in a same test unit are electrically connected to the first input end of the first switch elements in the same multiple-channel distribution unit. The second control terminals of the N second switch elements in each test unit are connected to the N second switch control lines.
