    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to information retrieval in computing systems in general and in particular to retrieving articles from various publishers corresponding to the breaking news headline. The present invention provides solution to the above-mentioned problem in the art by providing a system and a method for efficiently presenting a more accurate method of providing the relevant articles in a breaking news system to add value in terms of more user engagement and satisfaction. The system can use semantic models and multilingually trained sentence transformers to generate context-based recommendations for a breaking news headline. It is further refined by use of Knowledge Graphs (KG) and additional modes of information like images, videos present in the news article. These language agnostic signals along with the semantic understanding enables to generate succinct cross lingual recommendations.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method to facilitate a user device to establish simultaneous communication with plurality of emergency services. The system may include a network device including one or more processors that may cause the system to receive, from an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) server, a routed request derived based on an original request from the user device located at a pre-defined location. The network device may enable identification of a pre-defined contact information pertaining to the plurality of emergency services available at the pre-defined location of the user device. Based on the identified pre-defined contact information, the network device may invoke a call leg to initiate communication with the respective plurality of emergency services. Based on the invoked call leg, the IMS server may establish the simultaneous communication of the user device with the plurality of emergency services.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a system and method for offloading user equipments and as such, unicast and/or broadcast/multicast content of the user equipments from one broadcast/multicast system to another broadcast/multicast system and vice versa based on multiple criteria. The system collects one or more data parameters from the user equipments in a first network system, identifies a number of the user equipments to be offloaded based on the one or more data parameters, determines whether the identified number of the user equipments meet one or more offloading criteria, and triggers offloading of the identified number of the user equipments from the first network system to a second network system.     Abstract: Embodiments of a sixth generation (6G) network device in communication with one or more Intelligent Reflecting Surface (IRSs) and one or more UEs are disclosed. In an embodiment, the 6G network device includes one or more processors coupled to a memory storing a set of instructions which when executed by the one or more processors cause the network device to compute IRS tilt information associated with the one or more IRSs based at least in part on one or more of signal-to-noise-plus-interference ratio (SINR) information, Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) information, and Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ) information received from the one or more UEs. The one or more processors further cause the network device to communicate the computed IRS tilt information to the one or more IRSs via a network interface, wherein the IRS tilt information is used to control one or more operational aspects of the one or more IRSs.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to automatically optimizing cell parameter(s) of serving base station(s) to effectively serve a coverage hole. In an embodiment, the system receives parameters such as at least one first parameter, at least one second parameter, at least one network performance parameter and the at least one cell parameter of the at least one serving base station. Further, based on the at least one network performance parameter, at least one coverage hole is identified from a coverage area (containing a plurality of sectors), wherein the coverage area is served by the at least one serving base station. Thereafter, a first optimization of the at least one cell parameter is performed and subsequently a first value of the at least one second parameter is determined. Further, a second optimization is performed if the first optimization is un-successful.
