    摘要： A video signal processing device includes a processor. The processor is configured to obtain a secondary transform kernel for a current block based on an intra prediction mode of the current block to which a secondary transform is applied, to obtain a secondary inverse transformed block by performing a secondary inverse transform on a top-left specific region of the current block using the secondary transform kernel, wherein the secondary inverse transform is an inverse transform of the secondary transform, and the secondary transform is a low frequency non-separable transform, to obtain a residual block of the current block by performing a primary inverse transform on the secondary inverse transformed block, wherein one or more coefficients of the top-left specific region of the current block are derived in a preset scan order and the preset scan order is a 4×4 up-right diagonal scan order regardless of a size of the current block.

    摘要： An apparatus for decoding a video signal, the apparatus comprising a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: configure a Motion Vector Prediction (MVP) candidate list for motion compensation of a current block through one of a first method and a second method, acquire a motion vector predictor of the current block, based on the configured MVP candidate list, acquire a motion vector differential value indicating a difference between a motion vector of the current block and the motion vector predictor, modify the motion vector differential value, based on a resolution of the motion vector differential value of the current block, acquire the motion vector of the current block, based on the motion vector predictor and the modified motion vector differential value, and reconstruct the current block, based on the acquired motion vector.

    摘要： Disclosed is a video signal processing method comprising the steps of: acquiring a merge index which indicates a candidate for prediction of a current block among a plurality of candidates for the prediction of the current block, which are included in a merge candidate list; acquiring motion information of the current block on the basis of motion information corresponding to the candidate indicated by the merge index; when the motion information of the current block includes a plurality of motion vectors corresponding to a list of different reference pictures, comparing picture order count (POC) differences between each of the reference pictures corresponding to the plurality of motion vectors and the current picture including the current block; correcting the plurality of motion vectors on the basis of a result of the comparison; and reconstructing the current block on the basis of the plurality of corrected motion vectors.
