摘要: A computing system for determining a systematic training strategy for the user is provided. The computing system includes a user device that uses one or more sensors to obtain partial pressure of oxygen (PO2) levels of a user over a period of time. The user device provides previous PO2 levels to a personalized erythropoiesis model generation computing platform. The computing platform obtains individualized user data for the user indicating or more previous hematocrit and/or hemoglobin measurements for the user. The computing platform determines an individualized erythropoiesis model for the user based on the one or more previous hematocrit and/or hemoglobin measurements and the previous PO2 information, and employs the individualized erythropoiesis model to determine predicted hematocrit and/or hemoglobin measurements. The computing platform performs one or more actions based on the one or more predicted hematocrit and/or hemoglobin measurements.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for discharging wastewater, in particular used or spent dialysate, comprising a plurality of line connections 3, 4, 5 for connecting wastewater lines, in particular wastewater lines of dialysis machines. The device according to the invention is designed as a part which can stand on the bottom of a basin. Sufficient stability can be achieved on account of the weight (gravitational force) of the device alone, without it being necessary to secure the device. Recontamination is prevented effectively in that the line connections 3, 4, 5 are in fluid connection with at least one inflow line, the lower end of which is arranged so as to be spaced apart from the bottom, such that a free-fall distance is formed. In a preferred embodiment, a casing 1 surrounds the at least one inflow line 6, 7, 8.
The casing 1 forms a splash guard in the form of a hood such that the wastewater, which emerges from the inflow lines 6, 7, 8 under relatively high pressure, cannot reach the surroundings.-

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for determining an actual pump rate and/or for calibrating a blood pump of a blood treatment apparatus connected to an extracorporeal blood circuit. The method includes providing a blood pump of a blood treatment apparatus or establishing a signal communication to a blood pump. The blood pump comprises, or is connected to at least a first source for a fluid and at least a first line of an extracorporeal blood circuit which is connected to the first source downstream. Furthermore, the blood pump comprises, or is connected to, a reception unit for receiving fluids of the first source wherein the reception unit is in fluid communication with the first line. The reception unit is arranged on or at a first weighing device such that the weight of the reception unit or of its content is determined using the weighing device.
