Abstract: A portable work apparatus has a housing, a drive motor arranged in the housing, a guide bar with a longitudinal center axis, and a saw chain. The drive motor drives the saw chain in a rotating manner in a guide groove of the guide bar via a drive sprocket. A longitudinal plane of the guide bar is spanned by the guide groove. A discharge opening for discharging chips from the sprocket area into the outside surroundings is formed on the housing. The discharge opening has a first section formed on the first longitudinal side of the chainsaw, and a height measured parallel to the longitudinal plane and perpendicularly to the longitudinal center axis of the guide bar. The height is at least 5 mm.

Abstract: A pressure washer includes a connection for a liquid source and a main line, through which a liquid is conveyable from the connection to a discharge opening of the main line via a high-pressure pump. The main line has a suction chamber between the connection and the pump. The main line has a pressure chamber between the pump and the discharge opening. The main line has an outlet through which the liquid from the main line can flow into the return line. The start valve closes so that no liquid can flow through the return line from the pressure chamber into the suction chamber if a volume flow through the start valve corresponds at least to a starting volume threshold value. The start valve has a seat arranged at the outlet opening and configured to be closed by a movement of the valve member in the flow direction.

Abstract: A collection bag is for receiving a collected material and an emptying opening configured in a specific shape for the collection bag which has a receiving space defined by a woven cloth. The receiving space has an inlet opening for a blower air flow supplying the material and a closable emptying opening for removing the material. The receiving space opens into a tubular outlet section, the open end thereof forming the emptying opening. In a closed position of the outlet section, the receiving space or the emptying opening is closed. In an open position, the receiving space is connected to the surroundings via the emptying opening. In its open position, the outlet section protrudes from the bag and, in its closed position, the outlet section is located inside the bag.

Abstract: A pressure washer includes a connection for a fluid source, a pump, a motor. Abstract: A two-stroke engine includes a cylinder having a combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is delimited by a piston guided in a reciprocating manner in the cylinder and drives a crankshaft. A first intake channel opens into the crankcase interior. A transfer channel opens into the crankcase interior via a transfer window on a cylinder bore of the cylinder and via a passage opening. A second intake channel is provided for supplying scavenging air to the transfer channel. The first intake channel and the second intake channel are configured for supplying air. An injection valve configured for injecting the entire quantity of fuel to be supplied to the engine directly into the crankcase interior is disposed on the crankcase. A method for operating a two-stroke engine provides that the entire quantity of fuel to be supplied to the engine via a metering installation is supplied directly to the crankcase interior.
