The frame has at least two longitudinal beams, which are formed by metal hollow profile elements. Each hollow profile element has a main portion and at least one chamber portion which projects laterally therefrom towards the housing, into which the screw elements are screwed in.     摘要: A locking apparatus for a front flap of a motor vehicle comprises a double-stroke lock, including a first locking element and a second locking element, to mechanically lock the front flap in a closed position and in a locked position; an unlocking element, coupled to the double-stroke lock, to unlock the first locking element by a first stroke and the second locking element by a second stroke separate from the first stroke; an actuator, coupled to the unlocking element, to move the unlocking element to unlock the first locking and the second locking element; a drive motor to drive the actuator; a first control device and a second control device to separately control the drive motor; and a changeover element to change over control of the actuator from the first control device to the second control device and vice versa based on a position of the actuator.     摘要: A self-piercing rivet joint, having at least two components made of formable metallic materials having a strength up to 300 MPa, which are connected to one another in a riveting procedure, in which a self-piercing rivet pierces the first, stamp-side component with a setting force and is driven into the second, die-side component, specifically while maintaining a residual base thickness in the second component and while spreading out the self-piercing rivet to a spreading diameter in the second component. The self-piercing rivet is compressed after the riveting procedure down to 60% of its starting length and the spreading diameter is enlarged up to 140% to 150%, in particular to up to 140% of the rivet shaft diameter, specifically without damaging the self-piercing rivet by self-piercing rivet material cracks.
