摘要： An automatically cycling detecting-and-sorting device has a base, multiple accommodating elements, at least one pushing rod, multiple side rods, and a detector. An object under inspection is put in one of the accommodating elements, and the accommodating element is conveyed along a first channel of the base and is under detection of the detector. The accommodating element is conveyed to the discharging region and then conveyed back to the feeding region, or the accommodating element is pushed away and then conveyed back to the feeding region. Because each object under inspection is accommodated in an individual accommodating element, even though any object in the accommodating element fails to pass the detection, the disqualified accommodating element is pushed away individually without affecting the processing of other accommodating elements. The whole detecting, sorting and cycling proceed automatically.

摘要： A conveyor belt steam cleaning device to clean a continuous loop conveyor belt of a conveyor stand including a housing attached to a conveyor belt stand, a steam spraying unit and a wiping unit disposed below the housing, and a steamer unit disposed below the conveyor stand. The steamer unit includes a boiler, a water collection tray, a pump, a filter and an actuator. The actuator is in operational communication with a power source, the boiler and the pump. The boiler contains and heats water to the temperature required create steam. The steam is transferred to the steam spraying unit which dispenses steam to clean and the wiping unit dries the belt as it moves under the housing. Condensate from the steam is collected in the water collection tray. The pump drains the water collection tray and pumps the condensate through the filter and recycles it back to the boiler.

摘要： A cleaning device configured to clean an outer surface of a conveyor belt on a conveyor belt system is disclosed. 摘要： A first embodiment of this invention is a cleaning apparatus for a commercial conveyor belt that is mounted on a conveyor table. The cleaning apparatus is a housing that includes a spraying tube for dispensing a cleaning solution and a novel wiping device. The wiping device is constructed to apply a disposable towel, such as a paper towel, to the conveyor belt to remove the solvent including any contaminants while the conveyor belt is in motion. The used disposable towels are deposited into a waste container thereby requiring very little cleaning maintenance. By a second embodiment the spraying tube is eliminated and the disposable paper towels include a solvent (wet wipes) for removing the contaminants. The cleaning apparatus is preferably mounted on the underside of the conveyor belt next to a crumb tray so that the cashier can easily operate the cleaning apparatus.

摘要： Cleaning unit for a work transfer belt having a stationary top support frame to which a box-like lower main body is attached that contains belt cleaning devices. The top support frame provides an upper closure for the main body and cooperates therewith to form spaced entrance and exit openings isolating sections of the belt feeding through the unit. A manifold mounted in the main body directs washing fluid on the belt as it moves through the unit. The main body has a removable module supporting magnets for removing metallic particles and a squeegee unit for removing moisture and foreign matter from the belt. A squeegee mounting system keeps the squeegee blades in spring loaded contact with the belt. A wear indicator connected to the squeegee mounting system exhibits operational wear of the squeegee blades. The module with the squeegee and magnet aboard can be removed from the main body for refurbishment of module mounted components at a remote location.

摘要： A cleaning arrangement for a conveyor comprises an elongated beam forming a liquid reservoir and being connectable to a source of liquid. The beam is mountable transversely below a conveyor belt. The beam mounts a scraper device and is provided with a plurality of liquid nozzles along the length thereof. The nozzles are in communication with the liquid reservoir.
