A multistage ultra high pressure multichamber, have among which stages can be included pumps. A chamber has another chamber inside which also contain a pump or a pumping system towards the inside, where a third chamber is considered with its pumping system towards its interior successively the device is useful in making of ultra high pressure sinterized material parts, manufacture of parts made of new materials like synthetic diamond, manufacture of material for pharmaceutical products and hydrowasher using this new technique to increase its pressure.
Abstract:
A cartridge assembly for connection to the frame of a high pressure, high temperature press, comprising a front end. The front end may comprise a back up with a conical portion intermediate and coaxial with an anvil and a piston. The anvil may comprise a proximal end in contact with the back-up and a distal end being adapted to form part of a pressurized chamber within the frame. The back-up may comprise a truncated cylinder comprising a first and second interface that are joined by a peripheral cylindrical wall. The cylindrical wall may also comprise a portion extending normally from the periphery of the first interface to a net concave portion of the cylindrical wall. The net concave portion may extend from the normal portion of the cylindrical wall to the periphery of the second interface which abuts the anvil.

High pressure synthesis of various crystals such as diamond, cBN and the like can be carried out using reaction assemblies suitable for use in methods such as temperature gradient methods. The reaction assembly can be oriented substantially perpendicular to gravity during application of high pressure. Orienting the reaction assembly in this manner can avoid detrimental effects of gravity on the molten catalyst, e.g., convection, hence increasing available volumes for growing high quality crystals. Multiple reaction assemblies can be oriented in series or parallel, each reaction assembly having one or more growth cells suitable for growth of high quality crystals. Additionally, various high pressure apparatuses can be used. A split die design allows for particularly effective results and control of temperature and growth conditions for individual crystals.

A very-high pressure generator of construction such that the lower and upper guide blocks of the generator are each configured so as to form a pyramidal recess on the bottom surface and an upside-down pyramidal recess on the top surface accurately symmetrically, their pyramidal slopes given one and the same angle of inclination and are prevented from being deformed under high pressure not by enlarging the guide blocks and the press, but by making the support conditions of all the anvils of the generator uniform, the positions of the anvils can easily be adjusted and therefore the generator is capable of pressurizing a pressure transmitting medium into the shape of the desired cube accurately. Each of the lower and upper guide blocks has a pyramidal recess in its bottom surface and an upside-down pyramided recess in its top surface and us symmetric with respect to its horizontal center plane. Each of lower and upper base blocks has a lower upside-down pyramidal portion and an upper pyramidal portion. The upper base block is disposed at the center of the lower pyramidal recess of the upper guide block. An upper downward pyramidal block is disposed between the press frame and the upper upside-down pyramidal recess of the upper guide block.

A reduced mass unitary frame having a cubic, spherical, prismatic, or ellipsoidal shape, a plurality of intersecting threaded boreholes that describe an spherical internal reaction chamber, and a plurality of unitary cartridges with internal fluid intensification for an ultra-high pressure, high-temperature, fluid driven press apparatus capable of reaching pressures in excess of 35 kilobars and temperatures above 1000 degrees centigrade, useful in the production of such high-pressure products as diamond, polycrystalline diamond, cubic boron nitride, and like superhard materials.

A high pressure/high temperature piston-cylinder-type apparatus has an electrically insulating diamond or cubic boron nitride coating disposed between one or both movable pistons and the surrounding core to electrically isolate the piston or pistons from the surrounding core. The electrically insulating coating is applied to the exterior surface of one or both of the pistons or, alternately, to the inner surface of the core. Electrically insulated, right circular cylindrical pistons are used at both ends of the apparatus resulting in the ability to uniformly compress reaction charges at high temperatures with a much higher length-to-diameter ratio. A ring of electrical insulating material is alternately mounted at the reaction charge end of each piston, with the remaining exterior surface of each piston coated with a thin, elastically insulating layer.

An apparatus for generating super-high pressure to produce diamonds, carbide material, and the like, in which fluid pressure generating means for generating fluid pressure introduced into pressure chambers to move a plurality of moving bodies pressing an article to be pressed by a pressing force applied from outside of a casing is provided integral with the casing to simplify the equipment for producing hydraulic pressure.
