Abstract:
A set of injectable packings, mounted in a multi-chamber with dynamic pressure boosters, which have valves where gas or liquid enters and valves where gas or liquid leaves, at different pressures are described. When the multi-chamber is being filled, gas or liquid must enter the packings, and when the multi-chamber is being emptied, gas or liquid also leaves the packings; it is necessary that they are dynamic because the pressure is excessively high. Each chamber may include a flexible receptacle inside of it, where the gas or liquid goes every time it leaves the packing. In addition, it includes a manual check valve from where all the liquid or gas is extracted, decompressing the connection so that the parts can be easily dismantled. It is not necessary to apply high levels of torsional stress when installing or disassembling the mechanism, especially when it is as large as a multi-chamber.
Abstract:
A multistage ultra high pressure multichamber, have among which stages can be included pumps. A chamber has another chamber inside which also contain a pump or a pumping system towards the inside, where a third chamber is considered with its pumping system towards its interior successively the device is useful in making of ultra high pressure sinterized material parts, manufacture of parts made of new materials like synthetic diamond, manufacture of material for pharmaceutical products and hydrowasher using this new technique to increase its pressure.
Abstract:
A pressure booster having two cylinders with two pistons, connected such that they operate simultaneously, which can be mounted in a multi-chamber containing simple pressure boosters nested that can be used to increase the pressure depending on the simple boosters being used is provided.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a multi-chamber with ultra-high-pressure or hydraulic motor compressors or motor pumps for compressing gas or liquid at ultra-high pressure, formed by several different-sized concentric chambers, wherein each chamber contains smaller chambers, there being installed between the chambers motors or pumps that enable fluid to be introduced into the inner chambers at increasingly greater pressure.
