    摘要： The invention relates to an absorbent article (10) comprising a backsheet (12) and a liquid acquisition- and feces-storage sublayer (30) that comprises at least a first acquisition layer (36) and a second acquisition layer (37), said second acquisition layer (37) being positioned between the backsheet (12) and the first acquisition layer (36), said sublayer (31) comprising one or more areas with a plurality of combined holes (31), being formed either by at least holes through said first acquisition layer (36) and holes in or through said second acquisition layer (37), or formed at least by holes in or through said second acquisition layer (37) and indentations in said first acquisition layer (36), said article (10), whereby said second acquisition layer (37) comprises partially bonded or non-bonded fibers; and whereby said combined holes (31) have an average smallest dimension of at least 2 mm; and whereby the surface areas of the holes through the first layer (36), or of the indentations in the first layer (36), are less than the corresponding surface areas of the holes in or through the second layer (37).

    摘要： A method for restoring bulkiness of nonwoven fabric which contains crimped thermoplastic fiber and is in a roll form is disclosed. The method comprises unwinding the nonwoven fabric from the stock roll, and blowing hot air to the unwound nonwoven fabric by a through-air technique to make the nonwoven fabric increase in bulkiness. The hot air is heated at a temperature lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic fiber and not lower than a temperature lower than that melting point by about 50° C., and is blown for about 0.05 to 3 seconds.

The bonding roll has a plurality of protuberances extending from the peripheral bonding surface that define a bonding pattern and result in highly bonded regions within the fibrous web. The aperture roll has a plurality of projections extending from the peripheral aperture surface that define an aperturing pattern. The aperturing pattern substantially aligns with the bonding pattern thereby creating apertures within the highly bonded regions.
