The slidable drawer subassembly including a cartridge tray for removably receiving the cartridge, the slidable drawer subassembly being displaceable between a closed position where the cartridge is enclosed within the housing and an open position where the cartridge is able to be loaded or unloaded from the cartridge tray.

The plurality of pockets are used to disinfect the hand of a user or disinfect, wipe, and/or clean any surface.
