    Abstract: A Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC) device receives first parameters associated with a user device from a first radio access network (RAN) device. The MEC device performs functions associated with an application being executed by the user device and the MEC device is co-located with the RAN device. The MEC device receives second parameters associated with the user device from a core network device. The MEC device modifies performance of the functions based on the received first and second parameters and provides third parameters associated with the user device to a second RAN device that is co-located with the MEC device for adjusting performance of a network.

    Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which a mapping table is transmitted to a user device. The mapping table includes, for each entry, an index, a frequency band, and wireless services available on the frequency band. Index information corresponding to a frequency band and wireless service available in a location associated with the user device is communicated to the user device. An icon associated with the wireless service is displayed on a display of the user device. A network device determines that the user device is using the wireless service to communicate via a wireless network and transmits, to a core network, an indication that the user device is using the wireless service on the frequency band.

    Abstract: A wireless network provides differentiated service via a first management device that manages and provisions resources that are located in an edge cloud of the wireless network separate from a second management device that manages and provisions resources that are located in a core cloud of the wireless network. The first management device may provision the edge cloud resources to provide various functionalities and services of the wireless network in a localized manner to user equipment (“UEs”) that are associated with low latency or high reliability requirements. The second management device may provision the core cloud resources to provide the same or different functionalities and services of the wireless network in a centralized manner to UEs that are not associated with low latency and high reliability requirements.

    Abstract: Mitigating interference between transmitters and receivers associated with satellite systems and mobile wireless systems may include receiving information associated with the transmitter, determining a distance between the transmitter and the receiver based on the received information, determining if the distance is less than a distance threshold, estimating an interference level based on determining that the distance is less than the distance threshold, determining if the estimated interference level exceeds an interference threshold, computing an angle between an antenna of the transmitter and the receiver based upon determining that the estimated interference exceeds the interference threshold, and directing, when receiving a signal, a main lobe of a receive antenna pattern of the receiver towards the signal, and forming nulls in the receive antenna pattern in a direction of at least one side lobe of a transmit pattern of the transmitter.
