    Abstract: Various aspects relate to adjusting communication timing in response to a switch from one feeder link to another feeder link in a non-terrestrial network. For example, when a satellite moves out of the coverage area of a first ground network entity (or if the first ground network entity is turned off), the satellite switches to a second ground network entity. The resulting switch from a first feeder link for the first ground network entity to a second feeder link for the second ground network entity may cause a timing glitch that adversely affects the UEs under the coverage of the satellite. The disclosure relates in some aspects to sending an indication of the switch and/or a common timing adjust command to all of the UEs affected by the feeder link switch.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for interference measurement and reporting by a UE. The interference measurement can be self-initiated by the UE or based on a request received from a BS. To measure the interference, the UE transmits a first signal in UL resources to a first BS concurrently with receiving a second signal in DL resources from one of the first BS or a second BS. The received second signal includes interference associated with the transmitted first signal. Based on the received second signal, the UE determines a level of the interference that is associated with the transmitted first signal. Information associated with the level of the interference is then transmitted to the first BS, such as an indication of a guard band that is to be incorporated between the UL resources and the DL resources.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to communicating a serving cell dormancy indication field and acknowledgement. In some implementations, a wireless communication device (e.g., user equipment), may detect a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with a secondary cell (Scell) dormancy indication field. The user equipment can change states from an initial state to another state (e.g., a dormancy-like state to a non-dormancy like state) based on detecting Scell indicator field in the PDCCH. The user equipment may also transmit a hybrid-ARQ acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) in response to the detecting the PDCCH with the Scell dormancy indication field.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for carrier group based multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) layers and antenna adaptation. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a configuration of one or more groups of component carriers (CCs) and, for each group of CCs, one or more sets of configured maximum number of MIMO layers. Each set includes a configured maximum number of MIMO layers associated with each CC in the group. The UE receives an indication of at least one of the one or more sets and determines the configured maximum number of MIMO layers associated with each CC in the corresponding group of CCs based on the indication.
