    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for transmission of multiple repetitions of uplink control information (UCI) multiplexed with uplink data in which a spectral efficiency ratio of the uplink data to the UCI is scaled based on one or more parameters associated with the multiple repetitions. The one or more parameters may include, for example, a number of repetitions of the uplink data, a number of repetitions for a particular UCI, whether multiple beams are used to transmit instances of a repetition, a type of UCI, or any combinations thereof.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a network entity may configure a user equipment (UE) with transmission time interval (TTI) format information, and the UE may determine time domain windows for joint channel estimation based thereon. The network entity may also configure the UE with an association between one or more demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports and one or more phase-tracking reference signal (PTRS) ports. The UE may maintain phase continuity across physical uplink channel transmissions within a time domain window in which a PTRS is scheduled when DMRS and PTRS are transmitted via the associated DMRS and PTRS ports (e.g., when the PTRS-DMRS association is identical across the time domain window). In some cases, the UE may not maintain phase continuity across multiple physical uplink channel transmissions occurring within a time domain window when a PTRS is also scheduled within the time domain window.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to indicate transmit and receive beam patterns within an SRS resource set configured for beam management. For example, a base station may configure a user equipment (UE) with a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set for beam management, where the configuration may indicate a transmit beam pattern. The SRS resource set may include one or more groups of SRS resources which may be used to indicate the transmit beam pattern. A transmit beam may be the same for each SRS resource within a respective group, but may be different across different groups. The UE may transmit one or more SRS to the base station, each using a respective transmit beam according to the configuration. The base station may indicate a transmit beam to the UE based on the SRS.

A user equipment (UE) may receive signaling, such as a downlink control information (DCI), that identifies a transmission configuration state from a set of transmission configuration states, from which the UE may determine a receiver timing. The UE may then receive a downlink transmission, such as a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), from one or more transmission/reception points (TRPs). The UE may use the receiver timing to decode the downlink transmission by performing a fast fourier transform (FFT) with the receiver timing for the downlink transmission.

A UE may receive control signaling scheduling transmission of a plurality of repetitions of an uplink message and indicating a time gap threshold between at least one pair of adjacent repetitions. The UE may transmit a first repetition of the uplink message based at least in part on the control signaling. The UE may transmit, based on the control signaling, a second repetition of the uplink message separated in time from transmission of the first repetition of the uplink message by a time gap satisfying the time gap threshold.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from an access network entity, control signaling indicating first and second search space sets. In some cases, a first set of control channel decoding candidates associated with scheduling a first component carrier may be linked for control channel repetition across the first search space set and the second search space set, and a second set of control channel decoding candidates associated with scheduling a second component carrier may not be linked for control channel repetition. The UE may identify a search space sharing condition for the first and second sets of control channel decoding candidates and monitor the first set of control channel decoding candidates, the second set of control channel decoding candidates, or both, in accordance with the search space sharing condition.
