    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and a device for same, the method comprising the steps of: receiving information including a UL-DL configuration; transmitting or receiving HARQ-ACK information in a short-TTI of SF # n with respect to data received or transmitted in short-TTIs of SFs # n−a; and receiving or retransmitting the data in a short-TTI of SF # n+b, wherein a+b is equal to the number of SFs corresponding to a minimum DL-to-UL switching period.

    Abstract: First downlink scheduling information for a first subframe and second downlink scheduling information for a second subframe can be transmitted and received in the first subframe. A first type downlink data channel can be transmitted and received in the first subframe according to the first downlink scheduling information, and a second type downlink data channel can be transmitted and received in the second subframe according to the second downlink scheduling information. Each of the first subframe and the second subframe may comprise a downlink control region and a data region in a time domain. The first downlink scheduling information and the second downlink scheduling information can be transmitted and received in the downlink control region of the first subframe. The first type downlink data channel is transmitted and received in the data area of the first subframe, and the second type downlink data channel can be transmitted and received in the downlink control region of the second subframe. The data area of the first subframe and the downlink control area of the second subframe can be continuous with each other.

    Abstract: A method for performing a power scaling is discussed. The method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes determining, by the UE configured with dual connectivity to a first cell group and a second cell group, a first power for transmitting a first uplink channel on a first subframe toward the first cell group; determining a second power for transmitting a second uplink channel on a second subframe toward the second cell group; and scaling down the second power for transmitting the second uplink channel if a maximum power is exceeded, wherein the first uplink channel includes a first physical random access channel (PRACH), wherein the second uplink channel includes a second PRACH, and wherein the scaling down is performed if the first subframe is overlapped with the second subframe.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to signal transmission and reception method and device by an equipment which is dual-connected to a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT in a wireless communication system. The method comprises the steps of: a first signal in accordance with a first RAT and a second signal in accordance with a second RAT being scheduled separately timewise; and transmitting and receiving the first signal and the second signal. The operation for the second signal is determined on the basis of whether or not the second signal reception is scheduled in a first time domain for transmitting the first signal. The UE is capable of communicating with at least one of another UE, a UE related to an autonomous driving vehicle, a base station or a network.
