Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a wireless communication unit configured to provide wireless communication; a touchscreen; a motion sensor configured to detect a motion of the mobile terminal; and a controller configured to receive a touch input through the touchscreen in combination with a rotation of the mobile terminal detected through the motion sensor, and execute a specific function on the mobile terminal corresponding to the combination of the touch input and the rotation of the mobile terminal.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a display unit configured to display information; a memory configured to store channel information; a wireless communication unit configured to wirelessly communicate with a broadcasting terminal; an a controller configured to transmit a turn-on control signal to the broadcasting terminal for turning on the broadcasting terminal, and transmit the channel information to the broadcasting terminal to control the broadcasting terminal to output a broadcast content received on a broadcast channel matched to the transmitted channel information when the broadcasting terminal is turned on.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to failure detection and recovery in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a user equipment (UE) configured to operate in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a mobility command for a target cell group (CG), wherein the mobility command comprises an execution condition for a mobility to the target CG, and recovery information informing that the execution condition is used as a condition for a failure recovery; detecting a failure of a CG; evaluating the execution condition based on the recovery information after detecting the failure of the CG; and performing the mobility to the target CG based on the execution condition being fulfilled.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for paging information on a Multicast/Broadcast Service (MBS) bandwidth part (BWP) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises receiving a Multicast/Broadcast Services (MBS) service on an MBS Bandwidth Part (BWP), wherein the MBS BWP is not overlapped with an initial BWP; receiving paging information on the MBS BWP, wherein the paging information includes information related to a paging message on the initial BWP; switching from the MBS BWP to an initial BWP, based on the paging information; and receiving the paging message on the initial BWP.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for determining an initial state of a Secondary Cell Group in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device performs conditional PSCell change procedure from a current PSCell to the target PSCell based on determining that the execution condition is met. The conditional PSCell change procedure includes determining the initial state of the target PSCell. The initial state of the target PSCell is determined as the specific state, while the validity timer is running. The initial state of the target PSCell is determined same as a current state of the current PSCell, after the validity timer expires.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for inheriting a broadcast system information in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives, from a first cell, a broadcast system information including a first information and a second information. A wireless device receives, from a second cell, another broadcast system information including anew information to replace the first information. A wireless device performs a measurement procedure, a cell selection procedure, and/or a cell reselection procedure while in the second cell, based on the second information received from the first cell.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and a device for receiving information indicating the type of a signaling radio bearer (SRB) in a wireless communication system. A user equipment (UE): receives a first radio resource control (RRC) message including information indicating the type of SRB on which a second RRC message, which is a message corresponding to the first RRC message, is to be transmitted, and transmits the second RRC message via the type of SRB indicated by the information indicating the type of SRB. Accordingly, the type of bearer on which a first message is received and the type of bearer on which a second message is transmitted in a single RRC procedure may be identical or mutually different.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for reporting data transmission procedure failure for network optimization in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device performs the data transmissions to a network in idle state and/or inactive state. A wireless device detects failures of the data transmissions. A wireless device logs information related to each of the failures and counts a number of the failures, while the logging validity timer is running. A wireless device establishes or resumes a connection with the network based on that the counted number is equal to or bigger than a threshold value.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for selective connection establishment for a broadcast-multicast service in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives bandwidth information for a broadcast-multicast service. A wireless device determines whether a connection to receive the broadcast-multicast service is required or not, based on the bandwidth information. A wireless device receives the broadcast-multicast service based on the determination.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for declaring radio link failure in multiple active bandwidth parts in a wireless communication system are provided. A wireless device activates a first bandwidth part (BWP) and a second BWP for a serving cell. A wireless device performs a radio link monitoring (RLM) on the first BWP and the second BWP. A wireless device detects a radio link problem on the first BWP. A wireless device decides whether to declare a radio link failure (RLF) for the serving cell based on radio link state of both the first BWP and the second BWP.
