    Abstract: A data transmission method, a communications device, and a communications system are provided for wireless communications. A terminal device receives a first system information broadcast by a radio access network device. The first system information includes a non-public network (NPN), identification information list and a first association information. The NPN identification information list includes at least one NPN identification information and determines a second system information is valid when first NPN identification information in the NPN identification information list is identical to second NPN identification information stored in the terminal device, and the first association information is identical to a second association information stored in the terminal device. The second system information can include the second NPN identification information and the second association information.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method, a network device, and a terminal. The communication method includes: obtaining, by a first network device, a first AMBR of a PDU session, where the first AMBR is an AMBR of a flow that is served by a second network device in the PDU session, the first network device is a master node serving a terminal, and the second network device is a secondary node serving the terminal; sending, by the first network device, first information to the second network device, where the first information includes the first AMBR, so that the second network device provides, based on the first AMBR, the PDU session service for the terminal. The communication method, the network device, and the terminal provided in this application help ensure a session-level aggregate maximum rate requirement in a dual connectivity scenario.

    Abstract: When triggering a handover request, a source network device requests a measurement indication from a target access network device using the handover request, where the measurement indication indicates the terminal device to measure a channel state of a target cell. In this way, the source network device sends the measurement indication to the terminal device using an RRC reconfiguration message. Then, the terminal device measures the specified channel state of the target cell based on the measurement indication, to obtain a measurement result, and then determines, depending on whether the measurement result meets a handover condition, whether to perform cell handover.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a wireless network access control method and an apparatus. The method includes: configuring, by a wireless network, an independent access control parameter for each network slice, so as to implement differential access control, by the network, on access to different network slices that is initiated by a terminal device. In addition, a core network or a radio access network initiates network slice overload control or a network slice access control parameter adjustment based on resource usage of each network slice in the network.     Abstract: This application provides a handover method that is based on DC, including: sending, by a source base station, a handover request to a target base station, where the handover request carries a target base station user equipment (UE) aggregate maximum bit rate (UE-AMBR) and/or network slice information of UE; and receiving, by the source base station, a handover request feedback sent by the target base station. A UE capability is coordinated between the source base station and the target base station, so that it is ensured that a technical effect of the UE capability is not exceeded during a DC-based handover. The coordination of the UE capability may be implemented by the source base station, or may be implemented by the target base station.
