Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, a touch display device and a manufacturing method. The touch display panel includes: a display substrate including a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, wherein the non-display area includes a special-shaped area; and a touch electrode layer on the display substrate The touch electrode layer includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes arranged in an array. The first electrodes are insulated from the second electrodes. The special-shaped area is an area that causes at least one of the plurality of first electrodes or at least one of the plurality of second electrodes to be incomplete. An orthographic projection of a part of the touch electrode layer on the display substrate overlaps with an orthographic projection of a part of the special-shaped area on the display substrate.

Abstract: A display substrate, a fine metal mask set and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display substrate includes a plurality of repeat units. Each of the plurality of repeat units includes one first-color sub-pixel, one second-color sub-pixel pair and one third-color sub-pixel which are arranged in a first direction, the second-color sub-pixel pair includes two second-color sub-pixels arranging in a second direction. Light-emitting layers of adjacent sub-pixels of two different colors in the first direction are connected with each other; light-emitting layers of the third-color sub-pixel and the second-color sub-pixel which are adjacent to each other in the second direction are connected with each other; and a spacing is disposed between the light-emitting layer of the first-color sub-pixel and the light-emitting layer of at least one of the second-color sub-pixel and the third-color sub-pixel which are adjacent to the first-color sub-pixel in the second direction.

Abstract: A pixel arrangement structure is disclosed including a plurality of repeatedly arranged groups of sub-pixels. Each group of sub-pixels includes: one first sub-pixel and two second sub-pixels sequentially arranged in an i-th column, i being a natural number; two third sub-pixels and one first sub-pixel sequentially arranged in an (i+1)-th column; two second sub-pixels and one first sub-pixel sequentially arranged in an (i+2)-th column; and one first sub-pixel and two third pixels sequentially arranged in an (i+3)-th column. Abstract: An apparatus for adsorbing a mask includes an adsorbing member and a controller connected to the adsorbing member. The adsorbing member is configured to adsorb the mask during evaporation and is capable of simultaneously producing different or a same adsorption force to different regions of the mask. The controller is configured to control the adsorbing member to start adsorption from at least one initial adsorption region of the mask, and then control the adsorbing member to gradually expand an adsorption range from the at least one initial adsorption region until the mask is entirely attached to a base substrate.
