摘要: A battery temperature control system is disclosed. The battery temperature control system includes a cabinet, an air conditioner, a central control module and a plurality of battery modules. Each of the plurality of battery modules includes a plurality of batteries, a control unit, a fan assembly and a temperature detecting module, wherein the central control module sends a temperature controlling command to the air conditioner to activate a cold source or a heat source according to the ambient temperature, then the central control module compares and calculates a plurality of working temperature information transmitting from the plurality of battery modules, and sends a fan operation command to the each corresponding battery module, the corresponding fan assembly activates an working mode to cool or warm the temperature of the corresponding battery module, so as to adjust the working temperature of each battery module, and to achieve a dynamic temperature balance.

摘要: The present invention relates to a battery pack, including: a battery pack housing; and a cell group arranged in the battery pack housing, the cell group including a plurality of electrically connected cells. The battery pack housing includes a housing upper portion and a housing lower portion arranged opposite to the housing upper portion. A first air vent is provided on the housing lower portion, and a second air vent is provided on the housing upper portion. A longitudinal direction of the cells is vertically arranged along an up-down direction of the battery pack housing. A heat dissipation channel in communication with the first air vent and the second air vent is formed in the battery pack. At least part of peripheral surfaces of the cells are arranged in the heat dissipation channel. The cells are uniformly cooled, and the heat dissipation effect of the battery pack is improved.

摘要: A battery module includes a first heat transfer component and a first thermal expansion material member that are disposed between the battery cells adjacent to each other. The first thermal expansion material member has a thermal conductivity lower than a thermal conductivity of the first heat transfer component and expands at a first predetermined temperature or higher, in which when temperature of the first thermal expansion material member is less than the first predetermined temperature, the adjacent battery cells are connected to each other via a high thermal conductive route including the first heat transfer component and having a first thermal conductivity, and in which when the temperature of the first thermal expansion material member reaches the first predetermined temperature or higher, the adjacent battery cells are connected to each other via a low thermal conductive route having a second thermal conductivity lower than the first thermal conductivity.
