摘要: A DC relay for anti-short circuit current and arc extinction includes two static contact leading-out ends, a movable contact piece in a straight sheet type, a pushing rod assembly, a fixed upper yoke, a follow-up yoke and a lower armature. The fixed upper yoke is fixed above the movable contact piece, corresponding to a position between the two movable contacts. The follow-up upper yoke is fixed on the pushing rod assembly, above the movable contact piece, corresponding to a position between the two movable contacts. The lower armature is fixed on a bottom end face of the movable contact piece. The fixed upper yoke, the follow-up upper yoke and the lower armature are respectively arranged in a width direction of the movable contact piece, and two magnetic conductive loops are formed in the width direction of the movable contact piece.

摘要: A contactor comprises an insulation outer housing, a pair of static terminals, a movable terminal, a first magnetic conductor, a static bracket, a second magnetic conductor and an elastic member. The pair of static terminals are arranged in the insulation outer housing and are stationary relative to the insulation outer housing. The movable terminal is also arranged in the insulation outer housing and is movable between a closed position in contact with the static terminal and an opened position separated from the static terminal. The first magnetic conductor is fixed to the movable terminal to move synchronously with the movable terminal. The static bracket is arranged within the insulation outer housing and is stationary relative to the insulation outer housing. The second magnetic conductor is floatably supported in the static bracket by the elastic member.

摘要: A relay includes a static contact assembly, a movable contact plate, a static magnet yoke, a movable magnet yoke and a pushing rod assembly. The static magnet yoke and the movable magnet yoke are arranged oppositely. The movable contact plate is mounted at a position on the movable magnet yoke opposite to the static contact assembly. An isolation space is provided between the movable contact plate and the movable magnet yoke. The static contact assembly and the static magnet yoke are arranged on a side of the movable contact plate away from the pushing rod assembly. The pushing rod assembly is configured to push the movable magnet yoke to move toward the static magnet yoke to cause the movable contact plate to be in contact with the static contact assembly.

摘要: Disclosed are an arc path forming part and a direct current relay including the same. An arc path forming part according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a plurality of magnet parts. Each magnet part is located on one side and the other side of the arc path forming part, respectively, to form a magnetic field inside an arc chamber. The arc generated inside the arc chamber is extended in a direction away from the center of the arc chamber by receiving electromagnetic force from the magnetic field. Thus, damage to each component located at the center can be prevented.
