    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a receive (Rx) node may receive, from a transmit (Tx) node, a reference signal associated with a reference Tx configuration parameter value. The Rx node may obtain a set of channel state information (CSI) values, including respective CSI values for a plurality of Tx configuration parameter values, that are based at least in part on the reference signal associated with the reference Tx configuration parameter value.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may monitor for one or more semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmissions according to one or more SPS configurations. The UE may generate a set of feedback bits associated with the SPS transmissions, the feedback bits scheduled for transmission in a first set of uplink symbols. The UE may receive control signaling that changes an availability of the first set of uplink symbols for transmission of the set of feedback bits, and then defer transmission of the set of feedback bits to a second set of uplink symbols. The UE may determine whether to transmit at least a portion of the set of feedback bits in the second set of uplink symbols, and may transmit at least the portion of the set of feedback bits in the second set of uplink symbols and communicate in accordance with the determining.

    Abstract: A UE may receive, from a base station, at least one downlink packet or at least one downlink packet retransmission.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station as part of a wireless communications system. The UE may receive a downlink message from a base station. The UE may perform a decoding procedure for the received downlink message. The UE may determine the downlink message has a traffic type associated with a quality of service level. The UE may determine to transmit enhanced feedback with an acknowledgment message (positive or negative) indicating the result of the decoding procedure for the received downlink message, in cases where the downlink message is of the first traffic type. The enhanced feedback may indicate assistance information associated with a quality of service level for the received downlink message. The UE may then transmit the enhanced feedback for the acknowledgment message.
