Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a transport block size based at least in part on a set of physical uplink shared channel resources corresponding to a set of physical uplink shared channel repetitions that are indicated to be transmitted over at least one repetition unit in accordance with a frequency hopping pattern and at least one code block mapping order corresponding to the at least one repetition unit. The aerial UE may transmit an uplink message in an uplink frame using a timing advance that is based at least in part on a value of the first offset and a value of the second offset relative to a starting time associated with a global navigation satellite system frame duration. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for allocating channel state information (CSI) processing unit (CPU) for user equipment (UE) initiated CSI. For example, the UE may receive an indication from a network entity (e.g., a base station or gNB) configuring the UE with a number of one or more CPUs allowed to be occupied for UE-initiated CSI feedback. The UE uses the at least one of the CPUs to calculate UE-initiated CSI feedback. The UE transmits at least one report including the UE-initiated CSI feedback if one or more conditions are met, such as when a mismatch between a CSI metric for a scheduled physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a CSI metric calculated as part of the UE-initiated CSI feedback is equal to or exceeding a threshold value.

For example, a UE may receive a set of reference signals from a base station using one or more ports of the UE. Based on receiving the set of reference signals, the UE may generate channel state information (CSI) associated with a set of antenna ports. In some cases, the UE may generate CSI based on receiving a configuration indicating the set of antenna ports.
