Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus, and a system for transmission control of multimedia broadcast multicast data. The method includes: according to a reference time, determining a scheduling period of suspending or resuming sending MBMS service data; and suspending or resuming sending the MBMS service data in the determined scheduling period. According to the embodiments of the present invention, transmission control of the MBMS service data by a base station can be realized, which facilitates each base station in the same MBSFA range synchronously suspending or resuming sending the MBMS service data of the same service, thereby facilitating reducing interferences in the service
Abstract:
This application provides a random access method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a response message from a network device; determining, by the terminal device, a message format of the response message, where the message format includes a first format or a second format; and parsing, by the terminal device, the response message based on the determined message format, where the response message in the first format includes a contention resolution identity and a control plane message; and the response message in the second format includes a contention resolution identity and includes no control plane message. A two-step random access method provided in this application includes two message formats of a random access response.
Abstract:
This application provides a communication method and apparatus, and relates to the field of communication technologies, to resolve problems of a long data transmission delay and high signaling overheads. A first access network device receives uplink user plane data from a user equipment in an inactive state, and sends an uplink control plane information element and the uplink user plane data to a second access network device through a same interface. The method is applied to a data transmission process.
Abstract:
A method for determining a configured resource includes: obtaining, by a terminal device, configuration information of a configured resource from a network device, where the configured resource is a periodic resource, and the configuration information includes a periodicity parameter of the periodic resource; maintaining, by the terminal device, a sequence number for the configured resource, where the sequence number is updated when a system frame number (SFN) wraps around; and determining, by the terminal device, the configured resource based on the sequence number and the periodicity parameter.
Abstract:
This application provides a data sending method, a data sending apparatus, and a terminal device, to improve utilization of a configured grant resource. The method includes: A terminal device receives a configuration message from a network device. The configuration message is used to indicate a configured grant, and the configuration message includes information about a timer corresponding to the configured grant. The terminal device determines that the configured grant is used for a HARQ process, and starts the timer for the HARQ process. To-be-sent data in the HARQ process is data on a first logical channel. During running of the timer, when there is to-be-newly-transmitted data on a second logical channel, the timer stops running, or a running state of the timer is ignored. The data on the second logical channel is sent by using the configured grant.
Abstract:
A data processing method and apparatus are disclosed, and the method includes: determining a radio bearer (RB) to which a first flow is mapped changing from a first RB to a second RB; and sending end indication information. Data packet disorder can be avoided by said method and apparatus.
Abstract:
A communications method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: A first access network device sends a first message to a core network device, where the first message is used to indicate to suspend one or both of a first PDU session and a second PDU session. The first PDU session and the second PDU session are PDU sessions that are established as requested by a same terminal, and are used to transmit a duplicated data packet. According to the method, when a condition for implementing reliable transmission is not met, the core network device can be indicated to suspend the PDU session. In this way, a PDU session does not need to be re-established, and signaling overheads for establishing the PDU session are saved.
Abstract:
A data transmission method applied to an access network and a device, the method including receiving, by a radio access network (RAN) device of an access network, a first data packet from a first terminal device, wherein the first data packet comprises a logical channel identifier (LCH ID), determining, by the RAN device, whether the LCH ID meets a first preset rule, and sending, by the RAN device, in response to determining that the LCH ID meets the first preset rule, the first data packet through a common radio link control (RLC) entity.
Abstract:
This application discloses an information indication method and a related terminal device and network device. The method includes determining, by a terminal device, time domain requirement information of data transmission. The time domain requirement information includes at least one of time adjustment information, jitter time information, time domain resource information, latest sending time information, and remaining duration of the data transmission. The method further comprises sending, by the terminal device, the time domain requirement information to a network device.
Abstract:
Embodiments of this application provide a communication method, a terminal and a base station. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a scheduling request resource configuration sent by a base station, where the scheduling request resource configuration indicates an uplink resource type or logical channel information; and sending, by the terminal, a scheduling request to the base station via a target scheduling request resource based on the scheduling request resource configuration and uplink data, where the target scheduling request resource indicates a target uplink resource type, and the scheduling request resource configuration includes the target scheduling request resource. In the embodiments of this application, when diversity of the uplink data is considered, the base station configures different scheduling request resources for different service characteristics, and the terminal selects different scheduling request resources for different service characteristics, to improve effectiveness of uplink service transmission.
