Abstract:
A pixel defining layer, a display substrate and manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus are provided. The pixel defining layer includes: a lyophilic material layer disposed on a base substrate, and a lyophobic material layer disposed at a side of the lyophilic material layer away from the base substrate. An orthographic projection of a surface of the lyophobic material layer close to the base substrate on the base substrate is within an orthographic projection of a surface of the lyophilic material layer away from the base substrate on the base substrate. The lyophilic material layer is made of a lyophilic material having attractability to a solution with organic electroluminescent materials dissolved, and the lyophobic material layer is made of a lyophobic material having repellency to the solution with organic electroluminescent materials dissolved. The pixel defining layer reduces the influence on the uniformity of the films.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting diode, an array substrate and a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode comprises an anode, a cathode, a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, and a hole injection layer disposed between the anode and the light-emitting layer, wherein the hole injection layer is provided therein with metal nanoparticles, and the frequency of a localized surface plasmon resonance of the metal nanoparticles is matched with the emission wavelength of the light-emitting layer. As the organic light-emitting diode is doped with metal nanoparticles in the hole injection layer and the resonance frequency of the localized surface plasmon of the metal nanoparticles is matched with the emission wavelength of the light-emitting layer, the metal nanoparticles are allowed to generate localized plasma resonance with photons, so that the light extraction efficiency of the organic light-emitting diode is enhanced.
Abstract:
A method for preparing a pixel defining layer (PDL), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) substrate prepared by the PDL, and a display device are provided, which can overcome the problem that the conventional PDL comprising hydrophilic and hydrophobic materials involves a complicated process. The method for preparing the PDL comprises: step 1: forming a mixed solution on a substrate to form a mixed solution film, in which the mixed solution includes a hydrophilic material, a hydrophobic material and a solvent; step 2: performing heat treatment on the mixed solution film to form a pixel defining material layer in which the content of the hydrophilic material on the upper portion is less than that of the hydrophilic material on the lower portion and the content of the hydrophobic material on the upper portion is more than that of the hydrophobic material on the lower portion; and step 3: forming a pattern of the PDL on the pixel defining material layer by a patterning process. This method for preparing a PDL is simple and easy to realize.
