    Abstract: An array substrate includes a substrate, an active layer, and an amorphous silicon shielding layer. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface, which are opposing to each other. The active layer is over the first surface of the substrate. The amorphous silicon shielding layer includes amorphous silicon, and is between the active layer and the substrate, or alternatively is disposed over a side of the substrate proximal to the second surface of the substrate. An orthographic projection of the amorphous silicon shielding layer on the first surface at least partially and preferably completely covers an orthographic projection of the active layer on the first surface such that the amorphous silicon shielding layer shields a light from shedding onto the active layer.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method of the array substrate and a display device. The array substrate provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure includes sub-pixel units with multiple light-emitting colors; each sub-pixel unit includes a resonant cavity formed by a reflective layer and a cathode which are oppositely arranged, and the resonant cavity further includes: an anode positioned between the reflective layer and the cathode, and a light-emitting function layer positioned between the anode and the cathode; lengths of resonant cavities of the sub-pixel units with a same one of the light-emitting colors are the same, and lengths of resonant cavities of the sub-pixel units with different light-emitting colors are different; thicknesses of anodes of the sub-pixel units with different light-emitting colors are the same, thicknesses of light-emitting function layers of the sub-pixel units with different light-emitting colors are the same.

    Abstract: An optical sensor device, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device are disclosed. The optical sensor device includes a display region and a non-display region. In the display non-display region, the optical sensor device includes a thin film transistor, including an active layer, a gate insulating layer, a gate layer, a source and drain layer, and an interlayer dielectric layer. In the non-display display region, the optical sensor device includes a first insulating layer, a conductive layer and a second insulating layer which are stacked sequentially. The conductive layer is arranged in a same layer as the source and drain layer or the gate layer. In the non-display display region, the first insulating layer is provided with a first through-hole, and the optical sensor device further includes a photo-sensitive device in the first through-hole.

    Abstract: A display backplane includes a substrate, a thin film transistor over the substrate, and a pixel capacitor assembly over a side of the thin film transistor away from the substrate, and an orthographic projection of the pixel capacitor assembly on the substrate covers at least one portion of an orthographic projection of the thin film transistor on the substrate. The pixel capacitor assembly includes a first electrode, a passivation layer, and a second electrode, sequentially over a side of the thin film transistor away from the substrate, and an orthographic projection of the first electrode on the substrate is overlapped with the orthographic projection of the thin film transistor on the substrate. A display panel including the display backplane can further include an OLED component, arranged over a side of the pixel capacitor assembly away from the substrate.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an array substrate having a plurality of subpixel areas. The array substrate includes a base substrate; a plurality of first thin film transistors on the base substrate, each of which being in one of the plurality of subpixel areas; and a plurality of capacitor electrodes, each of which being in one of the plurality of subpixel areas. Each of the plurality of first thin film transistors includes a first active layer, a first gate electrode, a first source electrode, and a first drain electrode. The first active layer includes a first semi-conductive channel part, a first conductive part electrically connected to the first drain electrode, and a second conductive part electrically connected to the first source electrode. Each of the plurality of capacitor electrodes, the insulating layer, and the first conductive part constitute a first storage capacitor in one of the plurality of subpixel areas.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display panel includes a cover plate and a back plate. The cover plate includes a cover plate glass on which three color films of R, G and B are formed. The cover plate includes an insulating cover layer covering the cover plate glass. The cover plate includes a BM area formed over the insulating cover layer and defining a pixel area. The cover plate includes a spacer pillar formed in the BM area. The cover plate includes an auxiliary cathode formed over the spacer pillar and the insulating cover layer. The back plate includes: an active layer array; a planarization layer formed on the active layer array, having a boss corresponding to the pixel area; and an OLED device formed on the boss.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, and provides an OLED display substrate, a manufacturing method and a display device. The OLED display substrate includes: a base substrate; an active layer arranged on the base substrate; a gate insulation layer arranged at a side of the active layer away from the base substrate; and a gate electrode layer arranged at a side of the gate insulation layer away from the base substrate. An orthogonal projection of the gate electrode layer onto the base substrate at least partially overlaps an orthogonal projection of the active layer onto the base substrate, and the gate electrode layer and the active layer form a first storage capacitor of the OLED display substrate.
