    摘要： Light weight, compact, battery powered, body-worn devices and systems are configured to allow automated, hands-free monitoring and care intervention, such as of an infant, by providing audio and/or physical stimulus when a negative comfort or health condition is detected by the body-worn device and system, and by monitoring the infant's temperature, pulse, and oxygen levels. The body-worn device preferably includes a flexible printed circuit board (“FPCB”) that allows the device to be conformed to the wearer's body, and has a plurality of linear resonant actuators affixed to the FPCB that are configured to impart soothing vibrations from the device to the wearer. A control program is provided and executable on a remote computing device, which control program is configured to enable users (such as a caregiver) to selectively control the actuators. The device may include a water-resistant casing covering its internal components, including the actuators, FPCB, battery, and those portions of on-board sensors not intended for direct monitoring contact with the wearer.

    摘要： An enhanced system and method for handling, matching and executing reserve orders in an electronic options environment is disclosed. Market maker entitlements are integrated with the reserve order processing, so that the market maker is guaranteed an allocation of the trade if the market maker is at the NBBO when a marketable reserve order is received. Once posted to the order book, only the displayed size of a reserve order is eligible for preferential execution in a market maker entitlement process.

    摘要： An automatic medicament injector having a compartment for a dry medicament component and a compartment for a wet medicament component. The two compartments are separated by a seal structure that converts from a sealing condition to a mixing condition when the device is activated. The seal structure includes a wiper that scrapes the interior walls in the dry component compartment to prevent the dry component from accumulating at the seal/glass interface. A tapered insert funnels the mixed medicament components to an attached needle assembly, but can be removed when the device is filled. A filter is provided between the medicament compartments and the needle assembly. A chamber between the filter and the needle allows for better flow through the filter. An actuation assembly drives the seal structure into the mixing condition and forces the mixed medicament through the needle and into the user.

    摘要： An unpriced order auction and related market center and process are disclosed which allow posting market centers (e.g., exchanges) to schedule an auction that includes unpriced (Market) orders only. Such unpriced order auction executes at the midpoint of the NBBO, ensuring that the cross reflects the best prices in the entire marketplace, while discouraging the manipulation of the auction price on the posting market center. The disclosed auction also executes concurrently, but separately from the regular continuous matching process.
