摘要: The present invention relates to the use of the measure of anelloviral load for the determination of immunosuppression. More precisely, the present invention provides a method for characterizing the immunosuppressed or non-immunosuppressed status of a subject, comprising the steps of determining the anelloviral load from a biological sample of the said subject, and determining from the said comparison the immunosuppressed or non-immunosuppressed status. The determination of the immunosuppressed status of the subject can then be used to design or adapt a therapeutic treatment.

摘要: The invention relates to an in vitro method for determining the metabolic status of a lymphoma comprising a step of determining the level of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) expression in lymphoma cells, wherein a low level of GAPDH expression is indicative of oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) status. The invention also relates to an in vitro method for predicting the responsiveness of a patient afflicted with a lymphoma to a treatment with a metabolic inhibitor selected from the group consisting of mitochondrial metabolic inhibitors and glutamine metabolism inhibitors comprising a step of determining the level of GAPDH expression in lymphoma cells obtained from said patient, wherein a low level of GAPDH expression is predictive of a response to a treatment with a metabolic inhibitor.

摘要: It is proposed a method for post-processing images of an region of interest in a subject, the images being acquired with a magnetic resonance imaging technique, the method for post-processing comprising at least the step of:—unwrapping the phase of each image,—extracting a complex signal over echo time for at least one pixel of the unwrapped images, and—calculating fat characterization parameters by using a fitting technique applied on a model, the model being a function which associates to a plurality of parameters each extracted complex signal, the plurality of parameters comprising at least two fat characterization parameters, the magnitude error and the phase error generated by the use of the bipolar readout gradients, the fitting technique being a non-linear least-square fitting technique using pseudo-random initial conditions.
