摘要: Provided is an organic light emitting device that includes an anode, a cathode provided to face the anode, and one or more light emitting units provided between the anode and the cathode, wherein the organic light emitting device includes a charge generation layer provided between the anode and the one light emitting unit, or between the two light emitting units adjacent to each other among the light emitting units, the charge generation layer comprises a p-type charge injection layer, a p-type charge generation layer, or a layer which simultaneously injects and generates p-type charges, and the p-type charge injection layer, the p-type charge generation layer, or the layer which simultaneously injects and generates p-type charges has electric conductivity of 1×10−6 S/cm or more.

摘要: OLEDs containing a stacked hybrid architecture including a phosphorescent organic emissive unit and two fluorescent organic emissive units are disclosed. The stacked hybrid architecture includes a plurality of electrodes and a hybrid emissive stacked disposed between at least two of the electrodes. The stack contains at least three emissive units and at least two charge generation layers. At least one of the three emissive units is a phosphorescent organic emissive unit and at least two of the three emissive units are fluorescent organic emissive units. More specifically, the two fluorescent organic emissive units may be blue organic emissive units that emit light from the same or different color regions.

摘要: A light-emitting element having low driving voltage and high emission efficiency is provided. In the light-emitting element, a combination of a guest material and a host material forms an exciplex. The guest material is capable of converting triplet excitation energy into light emission. Light emission from the light-emitting layer includes light emission from the guest material and light emission from the exciplex. The percentage of the light emission from the exciplex to the light emission from the light-emitting layer is greater than 0 percent and less than or equal to 60 percent. The energy after subtracting the energy of light emission from the exciplex from the energy of light emission from the guest material is greater than 0 eV and less than or equal to 0.23 eV.
