The first conductor includes a first surface facing toward the mounting surface and a second surface on a side opposite to the first surface and extends in a direction parallel or substantially parallel to the mounting surface. The first conductor has a difference of a maximum value and a minimum value of a distance between the first surface and the mounting surface smaller than a difference of a maximum value and a minimum value of a distance between the second surface and the mounting surface. The resin layer includes a resin wall portion surrounding an opening portion partially exposing the first conductor on the mounting surface side, and the first conductor includes an exposed portion defining a mounting electrode.

    摘要: A speaker includes a shell, a magnetic circuit unit, and a vibration unit. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke and a magnet. The yoke includes a bottom wall connected to the magnet. The bottom wall includes an upper surface close to the vibration unit, and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface. A first groove and a second groove that are spaced apart from each other are formed on the upper surface by recessing towards the lower surface. An orthographic projection of the magnet on the upper surface along a vibrating direction of the vibration unit completely covers the first groove. The second groove is arranged outside the orthographic projection. The magnet and the bottom wall are glued and connected by a glue. The glue is received in the first groove. In the speaker, the magnet is firmly connected and is unlikely to be detached.

The micro sound device includes a basket having an accommodating space, a vibration system secured to the basket, and a magnetic circuit system accommodated in the basket and configured to drive the vibration system to vibrate and produce sound. The vibration system includes an upper diaphragm secured to the basket, a voice coil located below the upper diaphragm and configured to drive the upper diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound, and a support apparatus elastically supporting the voice coil. The support apparatus is disposed opposite to the upper diaphragm and separately from the upper diaphragm. The magnetic circuit system includes an upper clamping plate secured to the basket. One end of the support apparatus is fixed to one side of the upper clamping plate and the other end of the support apparatus is fixed to the voice coil.

    摘要: Disclosed is a vibration sound-producing apparatus. A sound output aperture of the vibration sound-producing apparatus is provided at a lateral surface. A diaphragm corresponds to the position of the sound output aperture. A flat sound coil is perpendicular to the diaphragm. A magnet is parallel to the sound coil. The vibrating direction of the sound coil avoids a thickness direction. The vibrating direction of the magnet and a mass block also avoids the thickness direction. The mass block is fixedly joined to a housing via a flexible piece. This facilitates reduced product thickness, increased product performance, and a simplified product production process. Therefore, the vibration sound-producing apparatus of the present invention has the advantages of a great thickness-reduced design, great performance, and simple assembly.

The edge of a speaker is in a sheet-like and ring form and includes an outer fixing part formed on its outer peripheral part for fixing the edge to the frame (supporting member), an inner fixing part formed on its inner peripheral part for fixing the edge to the diaphragm, and a sheet-like part lying between the inner fixing part and the outer fixing part (connecting the inner fixing part and the outer fixing part). The respective convex portions are formed at least on both surfaces of the sheet-like part at the boundary portion of the sheet-like part and the outer fixing part, thereby forming the control parts for controlling the vibration of the diaphragm.
