    摘要: Provided is a speaker, including a frame; a vibration unit fixed to the frame; and a magnetic circuit unit driving the vibration unit to vibrate and produce sound and provided with a magnetic gap. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm, a voice coil, and an elastic support assembly; the diaphragm includes a diaphragm body, a diaphragm fixing portion, and a diaphragm supporting portion; the vibration unit further includes a fixing ring; and the elastic support assembly includes an elastic member fixed to a side of the fixing ring close to the diaphragm, and an auxiliary diaphragm provided on a side of the elastic member away from the diaphragm; and the diaphragm supporting portion is fixed to a side of the elastic member away from the fixing ring. With this structure, the overall strength and reliability of the speaker can be improved.

    摘要: The inventive subject matter is directed to headset audio systems having resonance chambers designed to improve a system's frequency response in certain ranges. Systems of the inventive subject matter include a casing that both holds a speaker driver and creates two resonance chambers. Each resonance chamber vents to ambient air outside the casing, where the length and cross-sectional areas of each vent can impact the system's frequency response. Each resonance chamber is tuned to a resonant frequency to improve the system's frequency response across a range of frequencies on either side of each chamber's resonant frequency.

    摘要: Techniques are provided for generating sound using a speaker mounted to an enclosure (e.g., speaker cabinet) wherein a gas pressure level (e.g., air pressure level) inside the enclosure is lower than an ambient air pressure level outside the enclosure. The reduced gas pressure level within the enclosure provides an environment with a reduced pressure level at a back side of a speaker cone of the speaker, which enhances a low frequency response for a given speaker size, while also minimizing resonant frequencies and phase cancellation issues which could otherwise occur with conventional speaker systems in which acoustic sound waves are generated at the back side of the speaker cone. A pressure compensation system is utilized counteract a force applied to the front side of the speaker cone as a result of the gas pressure level inside the enclosure being lower than the ambient air pressure level outside the enclosure.

The vibration assembly includes a voice coil portion and a first diaphragm portion. The voice coil portion includes a mounting base and a voice coil body. The voice coil body surrounds an outer surface of the mounting base. Through holes define in one end of the mounting base. The through holes penetrate the base. The first diaphragm portion includes two connecting portions and a diaphragm body between the two connecting portions. A first connecting portion connects the first bracket. A second connecting portion surrounds an end of the mounting base away from the voice coil body, and the second connecting portion inserts into the through hole. The disclosure further provides a loudspeaker and a method for manufacturing the vibration system.

    摘要: The present disclosure a speaker box including: a lower cover; an upper cover enclosing an accommodating space together with the lower cover; a sounding unit accommodated in the accommodating space. The sounding unit and the upper cover together enclose a front chamber, and the sounding unit. The lower cover and the upper cover together enclose a rear chamber. The speaker box further includes an air-permeable spacer assembly sleeved on an end of the sounding unit located in the rear chamber. The air-permeable spacer assembly includes a frame made of sound-absorbing cotton sleeved on the sounding unit, and an air-permeable spacer connected to a side of the frame close to the lower cover. The rear chamber is filled with sound-absorbing particles, and the air-permeable spacer assembly isolates the sounding unit from the sound-absorbing particles. Compared with the related art, the speaker box disclosure has a better low-frequency acoustic performance.

The magnetic circuit assembly can further include a yoke that is disposed adjacent the first surface of the magnet. The yoke can be shaped to form a first gap radially between the yoke and the magnet. The magnetic circuit assembly may further include first and second plates disposed adjacent the second surface of the magnet.

    摘要: A full-range speaker with phase plate includes a speaker body disposed with a bracket above and a phase plate including a phase plane. The bracket is adapted to the phase panel. The phase panel is fixed above the bracket. The opposite corners of the phase panel are provided with protruding support ribs, and each of the support ribs meets with each other. By adding the phase plate, the phase may be adjusted to prevent standing waves, and the frequency response characteristics of the speaker may be effectively improved, so that the overall frequency response curve of the full-range speaker is improved at 6 kHz-18 kHz, thereby smoothing the overall frequency response curve of the full-range speaker.
