    摘要: According to the present invention, an alternator includes a rotor, a stator, and at least one cooling fan. The rotor includes a rotary shaft, a field core, and a field coil. The field coil has first and second ends that are opposite to each other in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The stator includes an armature core and an armature coil. The armature core has first and second ends that are opposite to each other in the axial direction. The first end of the armature core is closer to the first end than the second end of the field coil. An axial distance between the first and second ends of the field coil is less than that between the first and second ends of the armature core. The first end of the field coil protrudes outward from the first end of the armature core in the axial direction.

The circuit unit includes a relay for selectively supplying electric power of the battery to a motor winding of the motor-generator, a charging unit for charging the battery by using a voltage applied from generator windings, a low voltage detecting unit for detecting a low voltage of the battery, a charging display LED for displaying a charging state, and a control unit for, in accordance with an input from the low voltage detecting unit, controlling the relay and charging unit, turning on and off the charging display LED during charging, and displaying an operating state on the display unit.

    摘要: In a vehicular drive system for a hybrid vehicle, in which driving forces of an engine and a motor are transmitted through a power transmission mechanism to driven wheels, a common oil stored in a transmission case and a motor case is used for lubricating the power transmission mechanism and the motor. During travel by using an engine, when a synchromesh mechanism operated by a shift fork isolates the motor from the power transmission mechanism, an oil return hole blocking rod, provided in the shift fork, blocks an oil return hole providing communication between the motor case and the transmission case, thereby preventing oil in the motor case from flowing into the transmission case, to lower oil level in the transmission case. Thus, during travel of the hybrid vehicle, driving force loss due to motor drag resistance and oil stirring resistance is minimized.

    摘要: Disclosed is dual machine and method of power generation and electromotive operation. The dual machine includes a left and a right assembly. The left and right assemblies have first and second magnets, use magnetic current and force, and operate alternately varying polarity under control of a control device. When the assemblies simultaneously operate while performing a stroke, magnetic vector by the first magnets is converted into rotational torque at the second magnets by interaction and harmony between vector and current motion by the magnet parts of the left and right assemblies, and allows the dual machine to function as a motor. Magnetic current motion by the first magnets allows the dual machine to function as a generator due to harmony between attractive and repulsive current at the second magnets. Electromotive force and torque force are output based on the dual function of the motor and the generator.

    摘要: A generator for producing electric power includes a drive mechanism, such as a drive motor, having a rotor supported for rotation about an axis. A first generator magnet driveable by the rotor includes a reference pole facing in a first direction. A second generator magnet driveable by the rotor includes a pole of opposite polarity from the reference pole located near the reference pole and facing in the first direction. The first and second generator magnets produce a magnetic field whose flux extends between the reference pole of the first generator magnet and opposite pole of the second generator magnet. A stator includes an electrical conductor winding located adjacent the first and second magnets such that the magnetic field repetitively intersects the winding as the rotor driveably rotates. The drive motor for operating the generator includes a pair of first and second rotor magnets spaced angularly about the axis and supported on the rotor, a reciprocating magnet, and an actuator for moving the first reciprocating magnet cyclically toward and away from the first pair of the rotor magnets, for cyclically rotating the first pair of rotor magnets relative to the reciprocating magnet.
