摘要: A battery cooling system includes a cooling fan that takes in inside air of a vehicle cabin to an intake passage and sends the air to a battery communicating with the vehicle cabin through the intake passage, a battery temperature sensor that detects a temperature of the battery, an intake air temperature sensor that is disposed in the intake passage and detects a temperature of the air flowing through the intake passage, and a controller. The controller controls the cooling fan based on the detected temperatures. The controller performs a temperature check operation. Firstly, when the difference value between the detected temperatures is larger than zero, the controller repeats the temperature check operation. Afterward, When the difference value in the latest temperature check operation is smaller than the difference value in the previous temperature check operation and larger than zero, the controller repeats the temperature check operation.

摘要: An energy storage system comprising at least one energy storage module adapted to supply electrical energy to a hybrid vehicle. The energy storage module comprises an enclosure, at least one battery array located within the enclosure, and an energy storage controller module located within the enclosure and electrically connected to the battery array. The energy storage module further comprises a compliant tipped thermistor which may be installed within a flexible clip. The thermistor is positioned to monitor the temperature of one or more of the batteries within the energy storage system.

A management unit controls the plurality of temperature adjustment units corresponding to each of the power storage module groups to make resistances of the plurality of power storage module groups come close.

摘要: A control module is arranged in alignment with a battery module in a longitudinal direction. The control module includes a busbar, a switch and a current sensor configured to detect electric current flowing through the busbar. The current sensor includes a magneto-electric transducer and a magnetic field suppressor. The magneto-electric transducer is configured to convert a magnetic field, which depends on the electric current flowing through the busbar and passes through the magneto-electric transducer along a plane perpendicular to a height direction, into an electrical signal. The magnetic field suppressor is configured to suppress external magnetic fields from passing through the magneto-electric transducer along the plane perpendicular to the height direction. The switch includes a pair of magnets that are magnetized and opposed to each other in a lateral direction perpendicular to both the longitudinal and height directions. The current sensor is aligned with the magnets in the longitudinal direction.

摘要: The quietness requirement level of a charging point is determined based on the position information on the charging point where an in-vehicle battery is fast charged by an external power supply. For an air conditioner that cools the in-vehicle battery through a drive power of an electric compressor when the in-vehicle battery is charged, an upper limit of a rotation speed of the electric compressor is set in such a way that the upper limit of the rotation speed of the electric compressor is set lower when the in-vehicle battery is charged by the external power supply at a charging point where the quietness requirement level is equal to or higher than a predetermined value than when the in-vehicle battery is charged by the external power supply at a charging point where the quietness requirement level is lower than the predetermined value.

The gap is formed over a distance from the front wall to the back wall along the first direction.
