Said device comprises a resilient one-piece structure having two curved arms which connect zones intended to press one of said beams in support zones and zones intended to be fastened to the other beam, the system having connection means which connect the device to said beam such that it cannot be lost, and said device having the ability to slide relative to the beam to which it is fastened, the system having means for increasing the friction between the lower beam and the upper beam.

    摘要: A main beam for a formwork grid construction component system is disclosed. Typical main beams work with secondary joists (sometimes referred to as secondary beams to support a decking surface for pouring of concrete or cement. By strengthening the main beam using an altered profile while maintaining interoperable external dimensions, the span distance of each joist may be increased. By forming the main beam with the disclosed profile, joists can be made longer (e.g., have an eight foot connected span to increase grid size) and maintain appropriate strength (or increased weight tolerance). Formwork grid systems are used in construction of buildings and other structures. Interoperability with existing components is maintained by the disclosed main beam adhering to the same external functional form factor. The external form factor being the same allows main beams constructed in accordance with this disclosure to properly function with existing formwork grid construction components.

    摘要: A formwork system for supporting forming panels to form a horizontal concrete surface. The system includes a height-adjustable support having a central upstanding member providing a vertical abutment surface and a support arm having an inclined portion extending up and away from said central upstanding member. The system also includes a beam having a transverse bar proximate an end. The transverse bar is supported by the inclined portion of the support arm so that said transverse bar moves laterally relative to the inclined portion as the support arm is moved vertically. The beam also has a foot extending from the end of the beam and abutting the abutment surface. The abutment surface opposes lateral movement of the beam relative to the upstanding member.

    摘要: A joist for a formwork grid construction component system is disclosed. Typical joists (sometimes referred to as secondary beams) span a distance of approximately six feet (when fully connected). By strengthening the joist using an altered profile while maintaining interoperable external dimensions, the span distance may be increased. That is, by forming the joists with the disclosed profile, joists can be made longer (e.g., have an eight foot connected span) and maintain appropriate strength or even have an increased weight tolerance. Formwork grid systems are used in construction of buildings and other structures. Interoperability with existing components is maintained by the disclosed joist profile adhering to the same external functional form factor as existing joists. The external form factor being the same allows joists constructed in accordance with this disclosure to properly function with existing formwork grid construction components.

    摘要: A connecting system is for dismountably connecting two intersecting formwork beams. The system includes a resilient single-component structure having two intermediate arms joining together respective regions for pressing the two intersecting formwork beams together at support regions. The resilient single-component structure is configured to slide longitudinally over one of the two intersecting formwork beams. Pressure or impact on the resilient single-component structure produces elastic deformation of the resilient single-component structure so as to clamp or hold the two intersecting formwork beams and press them together. The two intermediate arms extend at their upper ends into respective extensions for pressing on support regions of one of the beams to be connected, while at the other end they extend into a U- or V-shaped bridge for pressing on the support region of the opposite beam to be joined. Each of the intermediate arms has double elbows joined to respective straight-parallel extensions.
