    Abstract: A composition contains: (a) a silicon-free mercapto compound comprising 2 or more mercapto groups; (b) a linear polyorganosiloxane containing one or more than one terminally unsaturated alkenyl group, 40 mole-percent or more phenyl groups relative to moles of silicon atoms and at least one alkoxysilyl group per molecule; (c) a resinous polyorganosiloxane containing one or more than one terminally unsaturated alkenyl group and 20 mole-percent or more phenyl groups relative to moles of silicon atoms; (d) a photoinitiator; and (e) a moisture cure catalyst; and wherein the molar ratio of mercapto groups to terminally unsaturated alkenyl groups in the composition is in a range of 0.3 to 2.0.

    Abstract: An ultraviolet ray-curable silicone adhesive agent composition comprising (A) a polysiloxane represented by formula (1): (R1SiO3/2)a1(R13SiO1/2)b1(X1O1/2)c1 (wherein R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group wherein a methyl group accounts for 20 mol % or more and an alkenyl group accounts for 0.1 to 50 mol %; X1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; a1 represents 0.1 to 1; b1 represents 0 to 0.75; and c1 represents 0 to 0.1; and the requirement represented by the formula: a1+b1+c1=1 is satisfied), (B) a polysiloxane represented by formula (2): (R23SiO1/2)a2(R22SiO)b2 (wherein R2 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group wherein a methyl group accounts for 20 mol % or more and an alkenyl group accounts for 0.01 to 25 mol %; a2 represents 0.001 to 0.67; b2 represents 0.33 to 0.999; and the requirement represented by the formula: a2+b2=1 is satisfied), (C) a hydrogen polysiloxane represented by formula (3): R3dHeSiO[(4-d-e)/2] (wherein R3 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group; and d and e represent numerical values satisfying the requirements represented by the formulae: 0.7≤d≤2.5, 0.01≤e≤1.0 and 0.8≤d+e≤2.7) and (D) a platinum-group catalyst capable of being activated with light having a wavelength of 200 to 500 nm. The ultraviolet ray-curable silicone adhesive agent composition can provide a cured article having excellent adhesion force to an object of interest even when being cured under room temperature.

    Abstract: Provided is an antistatic silicone rubber composition. The composition comprises at least one potassium salt selected from the group consisting of a potassium alkyl phosphate, potassium bis(trialkylsily)amide, potassium dialkyl amide, potassium sulfate, potassium phenoxide, and potassium permanganate, in an amount of from about 0.1 to about 15 mass % of the composition. In general, the composition may comprise: (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded alkenyl groups per molecule; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst; and (D) the at least one potassium salt as described above. The composition generally exhibits good curability, and cures to form a silicone rubber exhibiting excellent antistatic properties.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an addition-curable self-adhesive silicone rubber composition and a silicone rubber cured product.
    An addition-curable self-adhesive silicone rubber composition which contains:
    a predetermined amount of (A) an alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane which has at least two alkenyl groups that are bonded to silicon atoms in each molecule;
    a predetermined amount of (B-1) an organosilicon compound having 1-100 silicon atoms, which has at least one phenylene skeleton in each molecule, while having at least one hydrogen atom that is bonded to a silicon atom;
    a predetermined amount of (B-2) an organohydrogen polysiloxane which contains at least two hydrogen atoms that are bonded to silicon atoms in each molecule, and which does not contain an aromatic group;
    a predetermined amount of (C) a platinum-based catalyst;
    a predetermined amount of (D) a benzotriazole derivative; and
    a predetermined amount of (E) an acetylene alcohol compound or a compound which is obtained by modifying an alcoholic hydroxyl group of the acetylene alcohol compound with a silane or a siloxane.
