    摘要: A method for producing a dental prosthesis, and a dental prosthesis made according to the method, the method having the following chronological steps: a) producing a first, provisional dental prosthesis comprising a prosthetic base and provisional prosthetic teeth having occlusal surfaces, whereby data that indicate at least a 3-dimensional form of the occlusal surfaces are stored or have been stored as data record A, b) after subtractive occlusal processing of at least one of the provisional prosthetic teeth, determining at least the 3-dimensional occlusal surfaces of the processed provisional prosthetic teeth, or determining the 3-dimensional surface of the first dental prosthesis is determined as a whole, c) storing data that indicate at least a form of the 3-dimensional occlusal surfaces as data record B, d) calculating, via a computer comparison of data record B with data record A, differences in the forms of the provisional prosthetic teeth before and after subtractive occlusal processing and, from this, calculating at least desired lengths for final prosthetic teeth, and e) producing said final prosthetic teeth at least with the calculated desired length using a CAM method from virtual models of the final prosthetic teeth, whereby the desired length is set by a basal shortening of the virtual models of the final prosthetic teeth, and the final prosthetic teeth produced in such a manner are firmly connected to the at least one first prosthetic base or at least one second prosthetic base.

    摘要: The invention relates to a tooth replacement including at least one posterior tooth having a mesial contact surface, a distal contact surface, and an occlusal surface. The occlusal surfaces includes at least one buccal cusp having a buccal cusp tip, a lingual cusp having a lingual cusp tip, a central fissure which has at least one tooth pit and passes through the occlusal surface in the mesiodistal direction between the two cusps, a first gradient which slopes downward from the buccal cusp tip in the direction of the central fissure, and a second gradient which slopes downward from the lingual cusp tip in the direction of the central fissure. The tooth replacement according to the invention is characterized in that the mesial contact surface, the distal contact surface and/or the occlusal contact surface comprise expansion spaces that have been incorporated in a targeted manner to obtain a dynamic occlusal guidance.

    摘要: An artificial teethridge has an arched top and an arched bottom. The top and the bottom of the artificial teethridge are curved toward the same direction. The thickness of the artificial teethridge is relatively thicker at central part and gradually becomes thinner toward two lateral sides. A fang is formed integrally on the top of the artificial teethridge. The artificial teethridge, the fang and a prosthesis are an integral structure, whereby the artificial teethridge, the fang and the prosthesis form a mechanical conduction structure. The bottom surface of the artificial teethridge has a complementary structure which can be tightly matched and fixed on each point of the top surface of the alveolar bone without any gap. A dental neck is formed integrally between the artificial teethridge and prosthesis, which is formed in a waisted shape that is narrower at middle section and gradually becomes wider toward to two terminal sections.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for generating a orthodontic template that assists in the placement of an orthodontic apparatus includes processing that begins by obtaining a digital model of an orthodontic structure of an orthodontic patient. The processing continues by obtaining a selection of one of a plurality of orthodontic apparatuses for the orthodontic structure to produce a selected orthodontic apparatus. The processing then continues by obtaining a digital model of placement of the selected orthodontic apparatus on the digital model of the orthodontic structure. The processing then continues by retrieving a digital image of a tooth mounting apparatus (e.g., a bracket, a band, a headgear tube, etc.) of the selected apparatus for a given tooth. The processing then continues by generating a orthodontic template for holding a physical embodiment of the tooth mounting apparatus based on the digital image of the tooth mounting apparatus, the digital model of the placement, and at least a portion of the digital model of the orthodontic structure.
